“Let me start off with saying, WOW. Amazing customer service.

I got the Spicy Chicken Shawarma and I swear, THE BEST I’VE EVER HAD. The seasoning was perfect, the meat to wrap ratio was phenomenal. It was authentic and tender. Not only that, I was given free grape leaves with rice inside to try.

You can feel the soul and love this place brings to their business.

The only downside: I’m going to be thinking about this shawarma often and I live 2.5 hours away.“

“this food was delectable !! i got recommended this place by a friend, so i decided to stop by for lunch. they have a lunch special btwn 11am-2pm for $14.99, and it came with a bowl, a pita, choice of fries or lentil soup, and a fountain drink cup. there is a 10% student discount on weekdays, but it’s not valid with the special btw. there’s also some fees if you pay with card, so i’d recommend using cash~

i really enjoyed my bowl. they let you choose 5 toppings, and everything looked really good. i asked the worker what they recommended, so i went with yellow rice, chicken, sumac onions, jerusalem salad, hummus, feta, purple cabbage, tahini sauce, and tzatziki sauce. the potions were huge; i was able to get 2-3 meals out of it. everything came out super hot and fresh. i really liked the creaminess of the sauces, and the vegetables complimented the chicken/rice well.

the customer service was great, they were really friendly. they even joked “see you tomorrow,” as we left. i’ll definitely be back again ahaha.

side note, my cat really attempted to thieve the fries and the pita, so it got a seal of approval from him as well~“

“He is just a one man show, so its impressive what he can do. The food feels not like fast food in that its addictive or amazing but rather it feels homemade and fresh (because he's literally cooking it right there in front of you). It feels less like I've gone out to eat and more like I sat down for my uncle to cook me something wholesome. The portion is generous and fit for two meals, especially since the incredibly diverse/loaded salad and the free fruit he gave fills you up. This is my first time and it won't be my last (the hours are my main issue but knowing its just him working I can't blame him).“
