Went after work first beautiful day. I needed a Trenta black unsweetened ice te! It hot the spot. Also try then chocolate chip brownie warmed . Yummy ? worth getting.

Not ups to the best Starbucks. I studied for my final exams to be a computer programmer at Starbucks. This Starbucks is not like that. Reminds me of McDonald's with good coffee. Oh my God!

Oh goodness is there so much to say. This is long overdue so thank you for reading in advance, and brace yourself. I used to go to this Starbucks every day, but that was 2-3 years ago. And that's around the time I just couldn't go anymore. For me personally, the staff has always been nice, but it's because they knew me and appreciated my business. I will give them that- their customer service is good...for me. But I can't discount what my friends and family have experienced when going to this Starbucks. First of all, this Starbucks, like many many others, employs people who do not want to work, and people who feel entitled. Secondly, there's a union strike at this Starbucks, and I was appalled at the behavior they showed toward my mom. Her and I believe in unions greatly, and expressed that to the workers who told us not to buy from this Starbucks that day. But it was a week before Christmas and we really needed a gift card, and well, we shouldn't need to explain ourselves. But we did, we empathized. When getting out of the drive through, they had disgusted looks on their faces and cursed at my mom for buying there. How is this somehow acceptable behavior? She was so upset, and it wasn't just one person, it was a few others cursing. And that's not even the worst of the problems in my opinion-no one knows how to make anything but tea here. No one can make a frappacino correctly. I can attest to this-I have been in the drive through for 30 minutes only for them to keep getting my drinks wrong. Finally on the 3rd or 4th try, they get it okay. I'm not hard to please, I'm really not. I just don't want my drinks to taste weird. And they're very rude to the people ordering in the store. My dad had ordered my mom drinks and he asked them if they had forgotten the order because he'd been waiting a long time. They rudely told him to be patient and it was on their ticket. He is a very kind man. And he pointed out that their ticket printer wasn't working. They rolled their eyes and denied it. Then someone else looked and said he's right it's not working. The worker just scoffed and didn't say anything. He genuinely asked, were you really not going to check? And she went red hot like she was so mad she was going to fume. These are only 2 experiences but trust and believe there are dozens more. And I have the email receipts to prove it, as we have time and time again told Starbucks corporate about it. Big surprise, they just refund the drinks and don't fix the actual problems. At this point, although the refund is appreciated, please fix the actual problems in the store. Make the workers go through drink training again and again until they get it right. Even other Starbucks locations have said to me that this Starbucks is notorious for getting drinks wrong. It's sad. Also, hire people who want to work, and maybe they won't try to deter customers from purchasing things. Again, please excuse the length of this review...I honestly just hope Starbucks reads this and the managers get their stuff together. For others, go to the Prospect Ave Starbucks instead. It's a 25 minute drive for me, and this one is only 3 minutes away, but I refuse to go here anymore. 25 minutes is wasted anyway because they're slow, the drinks are always (and I mean always) made wrong, and it makes me sick to think how they treated my friends and family. I want them to do better. Thank you.

Wow the customer service is amazing at this place. The drive thru employee was the best. As I was sitting there waiting for them to make my order I was listening to the drive thru employee take other people's orders. We need more people like her working the drive thru. When they were out of something she had a suggestion for everything . I love people like her. Kudos to her. My drink was so good I had to double back and get another one the following day. Vanilla bean frappucino with white chocolate mocha add strawberries.

Usually good, quick. I had an issue one morning with a sausage, egg, and cheddar breakfast sandwich the was poorly prepared (it disassembled itself in the bag. Think McDonalds service quality) and I felt like they treated me as the problem when I brought it to the attention of the barista.
