Great food, great experience and great owners.

Food is always fresh. We have frequented this restaurant for eight years. We remember the owners daughter 11 or 12 years old, doing her homework at an empty table. Now as a young woman she is at the forefront of the family business as a hostess and cashier. Great service.
This place is a chupreme cafe. 11/10

Xinh Xinh Cafe | Vietnamese offers a cozy and friendly atmosphere just outside of campus town, serving authentic Southeast Asian cuisine with a Vietnamese focus. The menu features popular dishes like pho, Bahn mi, and Bun, with the combination Pho being a highly recommended choice, especially on a cold day. The broth is always perfectly savory, with tender meat and a mix of flavors that satisfy. Besides traditional Vietnamese dishes, the cafe also offers items like son-in-law eggs, minced pork toast, and green papaya salad, which has a sweet, spicy, and nutty flavor profile made with lime, fish sauce, hoisin, chili garlic sambal, fried shallots, cilantro, and basil. Customers often enjoy the garlic chili sauce with rice, which is spicy and super tasty, though a little cautiousness is advised due to its heat. The Vietnamese iced coffee, slow brewed over sweetened condensed milk and poured over ice, provides an energizing finish to the meal. The staff is friendly, and the food is consistently good, with quick service even during snow storms. Some dishes like spring rolls and pad Thai are decent, though not perfect. Overall, visitors find the food delicious and satisfying, making it a place they are eager to return to for a taste of authentic and flavorful Vietnamese and Southeast Asian cuisine.
