Wingstop #1877 5045 Junipero Serra Blvd Staff who prepared the food needs to be attentive to customer orders to prevent swithing of order. it is very inconvenient to wait 30 minutes for the order, drove home back and forth, waste gas and wait another 15 minutes to straighten up the order. Staff who prepared the food never apologize as if nothing happens. Staff needs more training in customer service if corporate wants the business to step up to a new level.
Wings where gummy no crisp whatsoever. Sad when your fried corn is the best thing on the menu! Should call it corn stop!
Ordered wings for a birthday party from the Plank Rd location in Fredericksburg, Virginia, and needless to say, they weren’t ready on the day of pickup. After requesting the order be prepared while I wait, I was told they were unable to fulfill the order the same day… therefore, I requested a refund. A manager was called and she agreed the best solution was to grant a refund… this was Sept 28th and I m still waiting on a refund. I notified corporate office, waiting for them to resolve. I am very disappointed in this company. I will never do business with them in the future.
Good food but order is never correct and takes too long to re-order so you just eat what you get not what you wanted. The Grand Junction CO store is just terrible. Gave it a couple of tries but will not go back until Google and other reviews show a change.
This location has gone downhill, real fast!! Either no one care about their job, or just plain laziness! The last several times I have ordered, something is missing or the whole order is wrong.
On sept 7 I placed a order online spent over 60 dollars When arrived at store manager was very rude Came out cold and some chicken wasn’t done been waiting on a call back from General manager to get back to me going on 2 weeks

Only gave me 10 wings instead of 15 that I paid $34 for and it took an hour to get me my stuff the employees were rude the wings tasted burnt would not go again angry 😡😡

The good was so bad I got food poisoning the chicken raw and tasted terrible. I didn't get the right flavor and messed up m order twice.

it the one in belleville il for some reason they always be missing food or it dont be cooked,and they have no working phone number.

One of the main reasons I went to wing stop is the real French Fries, well now they are apparently frozen and while no terrible they are no very good, certainly a huge let down, see ya later!!!!
Ordered online for wing day, chicken sandwich and free 5 piece wings. I ordered Hawaiian (non-spicy) and was instead given mango habanero (very spicy), AND there was a hair in our wings.
I'm not sure how they're still open because today is wings national day. I went inside to order my free wings they told me I had to order something I said that's fine I ordered me a sandwich . I told the guy several times that I want my free five wings with my sandwich and when I got home no wings.
When I went back he tried telling me only thing I wanted was just a sandwich and that's not true that's actually a lie. Does the very first time I ever went to Wingstop and it will be the last time I ever go back. I tried to call Wingstop in Urbana the phone's not working even the one in Champaign doesn't work also what's the point I keeping a business place open whenever your phone is not even working . You shouldn't manipulate people saying well if you order this you'll get five free wings I never gotten that a little small cup of ranch and that's all I got never again so I went back and I got my money returned.
Our generation today don't really care about customer service most of the kids don't want to work or when they do work they don't care if they make you happy or not. I know back in the day whenever I was working in restaurants it's a customer wasn't happy I went and went way and beyond to help somebody give him a free drink or a free fry or even a free meal. The guy didn't even apologize he seemed like he didn't really care anyways
