Good is never fresh. I asked for a receipt and never get one. So getting a refund is impossible. The place is awful- this is the second time in the last few months.Conveniently no one answers the phone and no voice mail is set up.

Very disappointed in the young lady at the register wearing a mask and had gloves on took my cash and then went to handle the pretzels luckily I watched her and she didn’t touch them with the gloves but let’s me serious it takes just a second to wash your hands and change your gloves shame on this young lady I hope my children and I don’t get sick from this rude young ladies poor decision.

The worst and rude experience i ever had. Wasn't greeted when we got to the registers, and when i ordered two items and one of the pretezel nuggets fell out of the cup and i just assumed she would just give another one but she didnt. I had to ask for a new one and she put her hand out and i gave her the cup she then threw it in the garbage so frustrated. I had to ask for a bag and she kept getting annoyed and grabbed the cups with no gloves or anything and put them inside the bag which isnt sanitary while handling food. She was just so careless about everything, it was just annoying. She was more concerned conversing with her friend who was on the side of the counter eating and drinking. So unprofessional.

Great snacks! Had a pepperoni pretzel and it seemed like it was made minutes before receiving it. Very fresh and delicious. I also had a frozen strawberry lemonade and that too was very tasty and refreshing. I wish I could drink a gallon of that without any health risk. Good stuff

If you haven't been misled in a while and are missing that "wait, what??" feeling, then hurry over to this Auntie Anne's on the double! Here's my story... On a hot summer's day, I thought nothing would be better than a quick bite and sip from ol' Auntie. Salt to replenish what I've lost in the heat, and a drink to cool off and get some vital fluids. And hey, lookie there! That big sign advertising the limited time Peach Lemonade Mixer sure looks great! Let's get that. "Hang on!" my comrade exclaims, moments after I've tapped my card to pay. "That sign above the register ALSO advertises a Peach Lemonade Mixer, but says nothing about being limited time only. And it looks cheap for a frozen drink" Alas, as a non-confrontational Virgo, I am doomed to receive my non-frozen drink without complaint... I received a Peach Lemonade Mixer, just not the one from the big sign. The big sign that becomes the only thing you see on approach, likely due to the alluring frozen drink titled Peach Lemonade Mixer on it. If it seems like I'm making a big deal out of this, well, it brought someone to tears. That's MORE salt and fluids lost! The pretzel was fine as was the drink I received. It was just that their signage was conflicting and left me feeling stupid instead of satisfied. I guess this is more on Auntie Anne's as a whole and not this location. But the staff have eyes. They should've seen this problem. Pics attached, so you can play at home. Try to figure out which drink is which!

We like the fact that Auntie Anne's has a store at Hawthorn Center. It was a nice option for a light snack which held us over until dinner while we shopped. We chose the original pretzel nuggets. The staff is friendly, especially with a holiday spirit.
