I took my girls here for ice cream and waited about 5 minutes and no one came out. So I kept saying hello but still no one came out from the back. I then yelled loudly Hello. That's when two young people came out from the back and said they were in the office. The young man looked sleep because his eyes were red and the young lady didn't say much of anything. She did ring us up and I stated that I was waiting for over five minutes and they should have someone in the front but she didn't respond. The floors in here are dirty and need to be swept and the tables need to be wipe off, so my question would be why aren't yall doing those things in instead of being in the office sleep. The service that I received in the beginning was horrible however both of the workers stayed out of the office as my kids had ice cream.

Ice cream is not maintained at the right temperature, so it can be soft, goopy, or even re-frozen with ice crystals on top. Also, the ice cream flavors are mis-labeled and the people who work there don't know what flavors they have.

I went to this location in person to order an ice cream cake for my daughters' birthday on a Thursday, for pickup on Sunday, 3 days later. The website said to allow 48 hours for custom cake orders so I thought this would allow plenty of time. The order taker took my order for a custom ice cream cake with a Happy Birthday message on the top. The charge for the cake was $41 and I was told to pick up the cake at 3 pm on Sunday. Long story short, the cake was not available on Sunday when I arrived around 3:30 pm to pick it up. The staff member there, a different employee from whom I ordered the cake, called the store manager in an attempt to locate the cake, and I was told that someone had failed to deliver the completed cake to this location. Fortunately I was allowed to substitute the cake with a generic ice cream cake from the cooler, and later on one of the guests discovered a piece of plastic in it! Please be aware of ordering or purchasing an ice cream cakes from this location.

I paid roughly $10 for my shake. The worker refused to mix any flavors. She said I was lying that what I mentioned that other Baskin Robbins do mix them. And then She made my shake over watery…. It was super awkward ordering as the lady behind the counter seemed afraid or angry and didn’t acknowledge that I was standing there ready to order. When I ordered anyway and requested the topping, she said they didn’t sell that.

Went there today to get ice cream for my daughter and me. Worst customer service I have ever received. Employee was rude and messed up my order. When I asked for a refund she told me she could do a partial refund and I would have to go online to get a refund. Then she continued to argue with me. After leaving the store I attempted to fill out a survey on the website and was told the survey # and store # were invalid…there goes my chance of trying to get my money back. I will NEVER recommend this location to anyone.

I ordered Online a half-sheet birthday cake ($40.00 including tax!!). I stopped at the local store in Vernon Hills, IL, to check the actual size, and saw that it was so small (not even what I would consider to be a 1/4-size sheet cake). Consequently, I needed to order another one. When I picked up the cakes yesterday, I found that they left off one of the names for the birthday greeting! I was very upset, especially since I paid $80.00 for these two very small cakes! Never again.
This location is the best place to get what you crave. All of their food and drinks are freshly made and freshly brewed. The staff members have amazing-top notch service, you can tell they love working there! I love this Dunkin baskin ribbons they always do their best for their customers!!!

Gross! Needed to use the bathroom and the bathrooms were locked. Asked for the key and the counter help handed me the bathroom key that was attached to a long metal rod. Typical of the old outside truck stops. Then she continued to work and handle the food items with the same gloves on. Then I handed it back to her and she put the key away and still handled food with the same gloves. Bathroom keys are disgusting and they are trusting their customers to either not put this key down when they enter the bathroom or worse, keeping it in their hand while using the facilities. Then giving the key back to the help and then to other customers. Please just leave your bathrooms unlocked.

I would give negative stars if it was possible. They made the wrong milk shake and said they were too busy to make it correctly. Won't be going here ever again. Oh, out of malt powder too ? Rude employee! Shameful !
