Ice cream is not maintained at the right temperature, so it can be soft, goopy, or even re-frozen with ice crystals on top. Also, the ice cream flavors are mis-labeled and the people who work there don't know what flavors they have.
I went to this location in person to order an ice cream cake for my daughters' birthday on a Thursday, for pickup on Sunday, 3 days later. The website said to allow 48 hours for custom cake orders so I thought this would allow plenty of time. The order taker took my order for a custom ice cream cake with a Happy Birthday message on the top. The charge for the cake was $41 and I was told to pick up the cake at 3 pm on Sunday.
