Very bad experience. Very poor service. The lady working the register took my order completely wrong, when asked to correct it she starts arguing with me, the guy behind the counter starts arguing with me too. I request a refund and cancel my order they refuse to cancel and refund my money, I will contact Dunkin’ corporate and will never give this location my business again. The shop has a weird layout. They have very limited donut options and with that they ask you twice before putting the wrong donut in the bag. And bad customer service and food waste is like something they don't care about.

Crystal was very nice to my friend and me a few nights ago. We like to go to this Dunkin for a late night coffee and to sit and talk. Crystal allowed us to chat while she was busy getting ready to close for the night. She was very kind. Thank you Crystal.
