My son and I ate in and honestly, I'm not sure if it was actually chicken. For $40 to eat some foreign meat and then to top it off, we both got sick. He was throwing up half the night after eating there. He said one of his left over pieces was raw! I don't remember this terrible experience here years ago, so we won't be back.

I order the chicken and rose rice cake from here almost every month. Unfortunately, I’ve been a bit disappointed the last two times.

About a month ago, I found a long hair in my rose rice cake. Then yesterday, the chicken tasted dry and had a floury, sticky texture between the crispy coating and the meat. It also tasted like it was fried in rancid oil. Some of the chicken tasted like it had absorbed too much oil.

I’m not sure what happened or if something has changed, but the quality doesn’t feel the same as before. I really used to enjoy ordering from here and hope it improves.

bb.q is my absolute favorite comfort food 😋 Entire order was made to order it was a 20 min wait but didn't really feel like it. Dine in area has 2 - 4 top tables. 8 seats total. If its a treat yourself day you have to come here. I'm a sweet potato fry snob and kbb.q gets it right super crispy but hot soft inside 🤤 I haven't found another sweet potato fry as amazing as these 😂 Cheese balls are delicious super crispy salty sweet (mozzarella) they were out of the cream cheese ones but I'm sure those are good too since they ran out. I usually get steamed rice and its always perfectly piping hot. Kitchen fried rice is a meal on its own add a fried egg and cheese if you have some, drizzle some kewpie on top you can thank me later 🤭

Best Korean fried chicken, this is the best location to go to, everytime I come into a new town I always look for a bb.q chicken place

Came in this evening at 7:00 pm to order food and the guy working the register was extremely rude. He kept rolling his eyes and sighing as we were placing our order. If you don't want to work after 7:00 on a Sunday night you should close early. Definitely not coming back here.

The chicken is fried to perfection: crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside!

I’ve tried other bb.q Chicken locations before, but this one was unbelievably bad. It honestly made me wonder if it’s even the same brand. The chicken had a strong unpleasant smell, and the meat itself wasn’t marinated properly. It tasted bland and tough.Even the small plates and water cups had a fishy smell, which made the whole experience worse. The whole place reeked of cigarette smoke, and the woman at the counter didn’t seem to care about customers. She was wearing earphones and talking on the phone the entire time.If you want good chicken, skip this place and go somewhere else.

I went to this restaurant because of all the positive reviews, but honestly, I’m starting to think they might be fake. When we walked in, the place was completely empty — that should’ve been my first red flag.

I ordered fried rice for $14, and what came out was a small bowl, barely more than a side portion. We also got an 8-piece order of wings for $16, and they were tiny. The total came to about $35, and we both left still hungry. The place was freezing inside and service was slow.

For those prices, the portions and quality just don’t make sense. Definitely not worth it — I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

I love this place we usually get it every Sunday. But the last time the chicken was very fatty.

It’s tasty, but sometimes the chicken has a smell. On weekends it’s usually good, so I order then. But when I order on Wednesdays or Thursdays, the chicken often smells. That’s why these days I only get it on weekends. During the week, if I want chicken, Popeyes is better.
