I stopped in a couple minutes after 10 a.m. when they open. Try to order a bubble tea with tapioca balls. Was informed that it would be at least an hour before the tapioca was prepared. How do you open your store and not be able to serve your namesake item? Maybe somebody should come in early and prepare your products before open so that you can sell them? What's the point of having a store open if you can't sell your product? Very confused buy this business model.
