I used live in Vernon Hills and I often came here to eat cinnamon rolls because they are delicious.I was passing by yesterday and remembered that place.I could pass.Again the food was excellent and great service.The workers were very friendly.I definitely want to come again and bring my family and friends.

The Hawthorn Mall Cinnabon was great. I was not planning on purchasing more than one Cinnabon but after tasting the first one I went back and ordered another to take home. I haven’t had cinnamon rolls in a while since I was living abroad and cinnamon rolls are not usually eaten in this country. The cinnamon roll was soft, chewy and had great cinnamon flavor. They were tasty and I would definitely purchase more in the future.

I recently stopped by the Cinnabon at Hawthorn Mall, and it was such a great experience! The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and very family-friendly—perfect for taking a break while shopping with kids. The staff were kind and patient, which made the visit even more enjoyable.
Of course, the star of the show is the food. The cinnamon rolls were fresh, soft, and absolutely delicious, with that perfect balance of gooey sweetness and flavor that Cinnabon is known for.
It’s such a nice spot to relax, enjoy a treat together, and create a little moment of happiness. Definitely recommend stopping by if you’re at Hawthorn Mall!

Came here for a quick snack while at the mall with my friends. Staff was nice and there was virtually no line. Staff picked out biggest Cinnabon for us even though there were smaller ones in the tray which was very kind. Lots of seating nearby as this was right next to the food court.

Not very friendly to customers....very bad service
For my birthday I got a cinnamon roll! It was perfect! Hot and gooey in the center! The staff was quick and friendly! We sat in a booth in the food court, it was pretty quiet for a Saturday afternoon! We were very cozy with each other!

Didn't have the smaller packs of Cinnabons. Only the large 6 pack and they were very cheap with the frosting here. Bought 2 boxes of the 6 in each and a pint of the frosting for almost 70.00. Also didn't know they stopped selling the makari cinnamon.

We ordered a cold brew, and it tasted like water with syrup. We also ordered a mochalatta chill, and it tasted sour, we told the employee & they said “are you sure?” The lady made us a different drink, but it wasn’t worth $7.50We will never go back again
