Came here for a quick snack while at the mall with my friends. Staff was nice and there was virtually no line. Staff picked out biggest Cinnabon for us even though there were smaller ones in the tray which was very kind. Lots of seating nearby as this was right next to the food court.

For my birthday I got a cinnamon roll! It was perfect! Hot and gooey in the center! The staff was quick and friendly! We sat in a booth in the food court, it was pretty quiet for a Saturday afternoon! We were very cozy with each other!

Didn't have the smaller packs of Cinnabons. Only the large 6 pack and they were very cheap with the frosting here. Bought 2 boxes of the 6 in each and a pint of the frosting for almost 70.00. Also didn't know they stopped selling the makari cinnamon.

We ordered a cold brew, and it tasted like water with syrup. We also ordered a mochalatta chill, and it tasted sour, we told the employee & they said “are you sure?” The lady made us a different drink, but it wasn’t worth $7.50We will never go back again

I’m very disappointed, I was so excited about having a little treat with my kids because it’s been so long since we had one and the GURNEE mills Cinnabon store is gone. I drove a nice distance to get home and it’s under cooked in the middle and tasted just horrible.

Used to be one of the best places to get a cinnamon roll. Decent but not worth the high price tag for lackluster freshness. Probably won’t return.
