no one came up to us for 30 minutes. My friend was at the table while me and my other friends went to play games. We came back after 20-30 minutes and no one had asked my friend if we wanted a menu or if we were ready. Food good though

The food was so bad , they was only one server for the whole area and he was ran off his feet I felt so bad for him . Three of the games I tried didn’t work and when I asked for help the guy that checked us in was so busy I also felt bad for him . There was no staff available . We spend too much money and got the worst food ever .will not be returning for food ..

I miss the big stores they used to have. This location seemed to have even lesser games than usual. And more cost per point. Manager was extremely helpful though. They never compromise on customer service and that's great.

Yianni… my dude, I ordered a “Cesar salad” from the side salads & pointed at it on the menu (didn’t ask for a full parm chicken salad which I received somehow) so my salad went from being $5.50 to $15.50 and blamed me and said “well you didn’t say a small salad” , well I also didn’t say a Parmesan crusted chicken large salad either… also told me the shots were $6 a piece and charged me $8 a piece. Not good service if you ask me, my bill went from what should have been $25ish dollars to $44 w/o tip. It’s not even about the money it’s about the not fixing it & lying about the prices, sorry dude…

We drove 30 minutes to this location. We live closer to two other locations but this one had the Human Crane. We were celebrating a birthday and so we came here to this location to do the crane. There is a giant sign on the machine that says it is always open. This is not true. They have one person who operates it and apparently that guy wasn't working. When I asked the manager, her response was "yeah there's only one person who can operate it. they called off, sorry" and dismissed me quickly. I recommend getting the food and play combo because the food is not worth more than five dollars. They were also out of one of the wing sauces. My waitress appeared to be new, which is fine, but didn't seem very excited to be there. The bright spot was a wonderful waitress who originally sat us. She brought us our menus and got our drinks. She noticed that we were looking at the closer game booths first and went out of her way to reserve one of them when one of the tables left. She was great. I would not recommend this Dave and Buster's because they don't really seem like they want to be there or that they care if you are there either. So next time call before you go since only one person can figure out how to work a harness. We were looking at doing this crane for my daughter's birthday but we won't be back. I understand people get sick but you should have a plan on place on a weekend and not treat your customers like they are burden to your job.

Update. James needs to be fired and the manager needs to learn to hire staff that actually like kids and people. I never write bad reviews. So this should tell you all you need to know.

I had an absolutely unforgettable experience at Dave & Buster’s, all thanks to Corina and Mark K. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond! Genuinely attentive, incredibly polite, and on point with every detail. It wasn’t just good service…it was flawless. They didn’t just make our night great; they turned it into something special. Because of them, I’ll 100% be coming back. If you’re lucky enough to have Corina and Mark taking care of you, just know you’re in the best hands possible. 100/10 experience.
