For a fast food spot, this place went above and beyond. The staff greeted us when we walked in and thanked us on the way out. One team member was cleaning and wiping down tables the entire time we were there, and the floors were spotless. You rarely see this level of cleanliness and customer service at a fast food restaurant.
The food is very good but way too expensive..why should SMALL fries.cost over $7.00 ?
If you are paying your employees above industry wages, that's great,
but don't be asking for gratuities on top of the insane prices.
Shake shack has high prices as well.
Please try to lower your prices so I can afford 5 Guys again.

After the four of us visited today, one regular burger, two small burgers, one hot dog, one large potato fries, the best hamburger I've ever eaten. Except for the expensive one, it tastes better than In&Out and Shake Shack. Milk Shake is also excellent. I'm planning to visit again
