Oh my gosh - biggest, best omelet ever. I couldn't even finish it. I highly recommend checking out this place for breakfast. Server was wonderful - like mom bring you breakfast:-)

Pleasant atmosphere, very friendly and fast service, even in this time when every place is short-staffed. We were here for breakfast, my friend got eggs and I got a chicken salad croissant sandwich and it was delicious. I got fruit instead of soup/fries and the bowl had a nice variety of ripe fruit instead of usual tough melon. We'll be back, thank you so much!

Tried the root hash eggs and it was so good!! I added chorizo as well, lovely addition. Very nice staff too! Can't wait to come back and try other goodies on the menu.

This used to be an excellent place.. Not so excellent today. One pleasant change was better stronger coffee! The burgers got worse. It just felt the veggies inside were starting go to sour, i.e. not fresh. The greek omelette was overcooked with giant pieces of sun-dried tomatoes. No longer a good choice. I really liked this place before, and I wish they return to what they used to be. We used to come here often, but looking for a new place now.

Very nice, airy, environment and atmosphere. Eggs basted were perfect. Avocado side was fresh and nice portion. Like meaty bacon not crispy - will give them another chance on bacon when I return.

We tried this place for a late breakfast and really enjoyed it. Had the tasty blueberry and lemon ricotta pancakes, Belgian waffle, hash browns and bacon. Everything was good, food came out very quickly. Friendly staff.

I went to fried egg cafe today around 1pm. It is not that much busy but usually it will in morning times. When I have my table immediately they bought water along with coffee. My waitress is Geremy, and she took the order and explained about their specials and recommended sassy eggs and it comes along with pancakes/toast. I ordered pancakes for the side. Sassy eggs is mixed of chorizo hash, jalapenos, avocado, slasa rojas and of course with seasoned omelet on top. Food is really good and Pancakes as well. I really recommend this and it is much better than ihop restaurant. Fried egg has good ambience and definitely will come back again.

Visited for breakfast, on a whim, on a random Monday around 830am. Easy parking in the back and no wait once inside. Indoors was much larger than what my husband and I expected. Their entrance also has a darling chalkboard wirh tid-bits about their place and suggested drinks. Servers were friendly, which was great! Hubby ordered their Poblano Eggs Benedict and I their Corned Beef Hash with organic scrambled eggs. Corned Beef tasted home made and and eggs were so good! My spouse, a self proclaimed Eggs Benedict expert, stated they were some of the best he's tasted in the area! We will be back with our family quite soon! Btw... their pancakes were also perfection! They were fluffy, light, and best all round! Enjoy!
Excellent egg dishes, sandwiches- we especially liked the ricotta blueberry pancakes. We definitely will be back. Our server was excellent- way ahead of us on everything, refills etc. on a busy holiday season Sunday morning.

This breakfast cafe is on the outskirts of the Vernon Hills downtown and offers delicious egg dishes, sandwiches, and burgers. Unlike other local breakfast spots this cafe is not as busy which makes it a great location if you're looking for a delicious and a calmer breakfast environment. I enjoyed my meal but something to note is that you can't make any substitutions to your dishes.

Had to find a stop for food before a long day of coaching, found this place on google searches...thought why not it has 4.4 stars! Well I have to say this place definitely deserves 2/5....what was ordered was flavorless, grimy, and had almost too fast service. The server was very please tell when they came to us (only 3 times) - I'm sure this is just happened to be the time we came what we ordered. On a positive. The table next to us ordered pancakes, which do seem to de delectable...so just check out the menu before you come.

Food is fantastic. Went here recently for the first time and every meal ordered at the table was both amazingly presented and tasted great. The portions are huge and priced accordingly. So if you are trying to grab a quick breakfast on the go this is not the place. However, if you are seeking a great breakfast spot meet family or friends for meal/brunch I would highly recommend checking this place out.
