Young black female employee is always lazy and sitting on her phone, sometimes it takes forever to receive mobile order because she is the one who is always making/packing them. Not trying to be rude but lets appreciate everyone’s time.

So sad, this jersey mikes used to be so efficient and the workers used to be so kind and friendly! I am not sure what’s happened in the last month or so. There’s a newish worker, older man, who is so rude (was rude to me, my children, and now my husband the last time he went in). The food is also now taking forever and several mistakes on my orders. Bummer

Best sub I’ve had on gluten free bread. Most of the bread I’ve tried tastes like trash. This place has it perfected. This kids that work there know their stuff and are outgoing and welcoming. I will be back for sure.

I ordered two subs on the app and on the bottom of the block it asks for special instructions. On there for one of the subs we put “pepper relish on the side, extra banana peppers, please and thank you.” Upon arriving home it was discovered there was a metric ton of relish on the sandwich itself. There was also so much vinegar that the bread disintegrated; it was so wet that I couldn’t pick up the sandwich with my hands because honestly there was no sandwich. It was deli meat on top of soup. We did mess up our own order and placed an order for only one bag of chips. When we noticed, we paid for the other bag to take home and the staff was incredibly friendly. I usually go inside at this location but my baby had fallen asleep in the car so it was more convenient to place an order. I thought it was the appropriate way to go, but it turns out, we both did not enjoy a dinner we had been craving all day.

They seem to want to close a half hour prior to posted closing here. Taking food away, attitude when you show up to place an order, etc.

I came in today for lunch, with how many people that working it was very un organized. The young lady who was cutting the bread, meat, and cheese had the worst attitude, she was very un organized starting multiple sandwiches at once for different customers. Her attitude was not just toward me but every customer before and after me (rolling eyes, no smile). The one putting the toppings on the sandwiches wasn’t much better. I’m very disappointed as I have worked in the food industry before as well, and never complain.

#17 is really good. I'd recommend to the guy making my sandwich, don't chew gum while you're working, it looks like you might be taking samples. 5-16-25

Great subs

A miscommunication caused me to get the wrong sub, but the staff was super friendly and corrected the issue on the fly. The manager didn't hesitate to make sure the order was corrected and came over to check on us at the table. I would go back here just for the hospitality alone.

I ordered a sub here on Friday and the girl making the sandwich was 2 seconds from completing my order when she got a call on her cell phone. Instead of ignoring the call, she took the phone out of her pocket, placed it on the counter and answered it. What is the point of wearing gloves if you're going to touch your phone in the middle of making a sandwich?? She literally could have just waited the extra few seconds to complete my order first. The food wasn't great either. Never coming back here again.

Came in to grab lunch to-go as I was working. Ordered a sandwich, chips and drink. Sandwich and chips were good. I went to drink the tea I got from the machine and it was disgusting. I couldn't do anything but throw it out. I was so disappointed. Also, the cashier was being snappy with me because she was also doing to-go orders and the machine wasn't processing my card fast enough for her. Very unprofessional. I won't be coming back to this location.
