Great subs

A miscommunication caused me to get the wrong sub, but the staff was super friendly and corrected the issue on the fly. The manager didn't hesitate to make sure the order was corrected and came over to check on us at the table. I would go back here just for the hospitality alone.

I ordered a sub here on Friday and the girl making the sandwich was 2 seconds from completing my order when she got a call on her cell phone. Instead of ignoring the call, she took the phone out of her pocket, placed it on the counter and answered it. What is the point of wearing gloves if you're going to touch your phone in the middle of making a sandwich?? She literally could have just waited the extra few seconds to complete my order first. The food wasn't great either. Never coming back here again.

Came in to grab lunch to-go as I was working. Ordered a sandwich, chips and drink. Sandwich and chips were good. I went to drink the tea I got from the machine and it was disgusting. I couldn't do anything but throw it out. I was so disappointed. Also, the cashier was being snappy with me because she was also doing to-go orders and the machine wasn't processing my card fast enough for her. Very unprofessional. I won't be coming back to this location.

There are plenty of toppings for the price and several size choices. Brownies are a bit pricey. Good selection of toppings. Wish they offered spinach and a few others. Bread is great, love the rosemary.

CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING.

All the technology but still can’t get it right. Ordered a giant Big Kahuna online along with 5 other sandwiches for a family get together. the Big Kahuna was the star of the order, but we received a regular size. Since we drove across town to pick it up, we decided to make do and get a refund later. Wouldn’t have been a big deal but… Called twice within an hour of picking up the sandwich and was sent to voicemail. Left a message. No response. Left a complaint online. No response. Should’ve checked before leaving… oh well. Next time we’ll do Chinese. Somehow they never make a mistake and go off of pen, paper, and memory.

Gio was fantastic today! Didn’t know what to order and he walked me through the best subs choices. Definitely recommend a #13 mikes way. Thanks for the great customer service. I’ll be back.

If you order online for pick up, they ask for a tip before you even get there.
