Great sandwich but waiting 20 min past pick up time is unacceptable. I had to wait 10 min the other week. Get the pickup time right, please. Life's too short to sit there and wait for an understaffed Sandwich shop...

The guy making the sandwich was very nice and offered me chips for the wait. Definitely not his fault.

Delicious! Loved my turkey sub - super generous in portion and full of flavor. Good value too. Employees were very friendly and efficient. Restaurant was pretty clean. Highly recommend this location.

I’m currently eating here and had to leave a review immediately…the experience was just fantastic. Ava and Jill are total rockstars! They were fast, friendly, and extremely accommodating.

This location is truly a cut above the rest. It’s officially my new favorite spot; I will happily make the extra 20-minute drive just to come back here!

Came in on Sunday October 19 in the late evening. The food was as expected, but my five stars goes directly to the service. I’m not sure if the fact that I had had a really bad day shown on my face, but the staff there could almost read me like a book. They were kind and nice. They offered me a great deal on my meal and it’s that kind of service that you can’t find in almost any place these days. Something about the way that they spoke to me salvaged my otherwise bad day. I will return to this location, even though I can get Jersey Mike’s closer to my home simply because the service is outstanding.

Like comeing to this jersey Mike's in libertyville they are so friendly when you walk in even angel, haily and xavi they treat you so good and they all have have a big smile they even help you out on what good on the menu

Never order #42 Chipotle Chicken Cheese Steak at the Vernon Hills location. It's a hot sandwich. They never remember to put the chipotle sauce on the chicken, and you're left with chicken and cheese. How hard is it, really?

Love my recent visit to Jersey Mike's. I took my father for lunch and Jasmine and Haylie gave him good options for sandwiches. He usually doesn't finish a whole sandwich but he ate everything this time. We will be back for more lunch suggestions.

My wife took me on a date here and we split a giant chicken Philly sub. Ava at the register was so friendly and confirmed our order was correct. She even joked around with us about our big date! Excellent service! Would recommend! Food=delicious!

Young black female employee is always lazy and sitting on her phone, sometimes it takes forever to receive mobile order because she is the one who is always making/packing them. Not trying to be rude but lets appreciate everyone’s time.

So sad, this jersey mikes used to be so efficient and the workers used to be so kind and friendly! I am not sure what’s happened in the last month or so. There’s a newish worker, older man, who is so rude (was rude to me, my children, and now my husband the last time he went in). The food is also now taking forever and several mistakes on my orders. Bummer
