call to verify hours. online it says open till 1 pm that said i got there at 12:24 and they’re closed but at their location it says open till 4:00 pm .
I came here twice during business hours and they were closed. And they didn’t answer the phone. Waste of my time and gas.
Protein shakes are awesome. Love the pumpkin banana, chocolate-covered strawberries and almond joy shakes!!
I had a protein shake. It was amazing. And I saved a $1 by liking social media. Plus the owners and employees were knowledgeable and super friendly. It’s also very nice on the inside. I highly recommend.
I love this place there teas and coffee are really good and I feel so good once I have one actually On my way! To get one now before they close the staff are very nice and respectful ❤️

A hidden gem! Best breakfast smoothie I ever had. Full of nutritions. These folks are doing everything right. Great attitude with great service.
I travel a lot for work and I always look for nutrition clubs to stay on track. Let me just tell you guys, this is by far my favorite shop yet. The ladies here are very friend and welcoming. Their shakes and teas are very tasty! Definitely recommend this place!!
