Maggiano's Little Italy

Great service from our waitstaff. I really liked the zucchini appetizer - huge and crunchy. The chicken Marsala was good but the chicken itself could have used a little more seasoning. The bread was mid for an Italian restaurant. Tiramisu was light and delish. It's been a while since I've been there, a little underwhelming compared to the past.

Went for our anniversary, the manager recognized me from a past time and came to celebrate us. They also gave us a chocolate that said happy anniversary. They went above and beyond and we loved it!

The place is very nice and elegant. Staff are very friendly and nice . Manager Katie makes sure everyone is taken care of. Food is very good and tasty. Will recommend to everyone.

We haven't been to this Maggiano's in quite a long time because of a bad experience. The food was very generic and the meatball sauce was watery and bland. We recently ended up coming here on a Saturday night because every other restaurant was booked and we had my mother in law with us. Well, what a surprise! YOU MUST GO!!! They have changed their menu and the food is sooooo good now. The service was impecable too. David our waiter was so nice and explained all the menu upgrades to us after we told him how good the food was after our last experience. I might also add that Katie the manager was extremely accommodating too. The restaurant wasn't very full for a Saturday night. Sooooo..... get the word out there that Maggianos is working hard to gain your business back. We will definitely come back and will tell our friends and family about our wonderful experience.

Post Lettuce Entertain You continue maintaining great food quality , excellent dishes, and top service .Our cocktails and wine were great.I will return and tell my friends to visit Maggiano's.

Service was great. We had dinner to celebrate my granddaughters graduation. The decorated the table for the celebration. Nice touch

The staff made my son's birthday very special by decorating the table, providing a card and dessert. Jordan was an amazing server.

Have not been to Maggianos in years.We were just shocked at how well we were taken care of ..from the hostess to the bus boys! It felt like we were at a high end michelein restaurant! Our waiter Hymen couldn't have been nicer! The food was very good! My Filet Mignon was amazing! We will be back especially because of the service

We have been to this location previously several times. This time unfortunately wasn't one of our best visits. The service was mediocre and so was the food. Yes the restaurant was quite busy, but I'm not sure that's always a good excuse for poor service and food being just ok, when before both are good enough that people return a next time. Even one of the managers failed at bringing a drink I had ordered after she stopped at the table to check on us, while we continued to wait for our waitress to return. I had asked for a few straws (second time asking) and then proceeded to order a drink. Straws came ten minutes later and drink never arrived. The food was just ok - I felt mine had been done for a bit and just sat and became mushy. Hopefully this was just a one time occurrence, as we do enjoy Maggianos, but maybe a different location would be better for next time.

Changes to salad not my favorite Rigatoni d was not as flavorful as in the past - the sauce was thinner, less onion etc I get that things change tho so will be back when in area

Great service, food was ok & a little pricey. Love Maggiano's but won't be back for awhile.

Menu has been drastically downsized since last dining at Maggiano's. For an Italian Restaurant it now offers fewer of their former menu items. Prices have risen drastically and no longer is good value.

The food was delicious! We were celebrating a birthday and everyone made it so special (especially with it being the birthday boys 1st time). Silvina, our waitress, was AMAZING!! Katie was the manager and she touched every single table in the house. I always enjoy the food, but the service last night left me speechless.

food is getting improved with new menu items and improved recipes. service staff is always friendly and helpful
