The service is very good and timely with the courses. The food is cooked perfectly, fresh, and hot as it should be.My only thing is they don't offer different types of noodles like tortellini, etc.

I enjoyed my first time eating at Maggiano's. We celebrated my sis in law's birthday there. We ordered chicken entrees and pastas. The servings were enormous and they even have an option to order take home for a cheaper price. We tried their desserts-- the New York style cheesecake was just okay but their Tiramisu was so good. Since it was a birthday lunch, they served a piece of Tiramisu with a lighted candle for the celebrant. We were so full and still had lots of take-homes..Kid-friendliness: There were some toddlers from another table and saw that they were seated on a high chair and looked comfortable. The placement of tables and chairs were not cramped so the kids could somehow run around.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp at the entrance and the wheelchair could be freely pushed inside and fit into the dining area.
Amanda, our server was great! We ordered the Stuffed Mushroom appetizer, the top was crispy and so good. The Chicken Parmesan was delicious. The Spaghetti and Meatball with Meat Sauce was excellent (we ordered it with extra meat sauce). All the food was served hot (so nice) with very generous portions. We took home some wonderful leftovers. Amanda is caring and takes pride in her service. Thank you Amanda!! Maggiano, you are lucky to have Amanda!

So, we had reservations at 7:30pm, was about a 20 minute wait anyway. Then they put us in a booth right next to the kitchen which was really distracting (plus the hostess went really fast leading us to our table, and a friend could not walk that fast!). The kitchen screwed up one order, and since another person brings out the orders instead of our server, had to flag him down to correct it, which he did. Not impressed.

I was here on valentine's day. Food, ambiance, service was top notch. I have always ordered in from here and went to dine in with my better half for this occasion. The reason for 3 stars is although I had a reservation and was still waiting in line for almost an hour and half, I was told twice upon enquiring, that they forgot calling my name and kept seating people arriving after me. I hope this was just a random mistake which happened twice and nothing else.

Excellent food, drinks and dessert!!Service was exceptional with our waitress. Had a perfect dinner tonight. Lasagna is my favorite and my brother had Chicken Alfredo. Phenomenal!!!
My husband and I stopped by for a late valentines day dinner. Becky our waitress and Jason (I believe the manager) are very professional and recommended some great items from the menu. We had a great banter going, we throughly enjoyed our experience. We will definitely come back.

I placed a carry out order. The manager made excellent suggestions, so that when we had the delicious meal, it was just as good as it would have been in the restaurant. The food was excellent, as always, but the customer service this visit was over the top awesome!
