Just spent $13 on 3 large Shamrock shakes. Worst shakes ever. The employee must've loved the green color because she added way too much syrup. I'll be avoiding this McDonald's from now on.

What do I start with this is terrible. Took me 20 minutes to get my apple pie. They also touched my apple pie with barehand. They never even say who’s order it is for the bag. Terrible service should be sued.

No manager present and the employees are £?%¥!%I was overcharged on items I did not order.I was offered a refund on items if returned that my child had already had in his hands. BS!!! She recharged me and charged me a higher price purposely!!!! Awful!!!!

The Current manager here is the only person that knows what they are doing, every employee change they do just makes it worse and worse to order a simple McChicken, god forbid you use the app.
This is a staple McDonald's for me personally as they offer fast reliable service true to McDonald's origins. The drive-thru is very quick, and the interior dine-in experience is excellent as they always keep everything in immaculate condition. They routinely invest in this location and it shows, and the associates are kind and responsive.

I’m simple terms the employees seem really lost, like they weren’t trained properly, or just flat out don’t care. I mean I get it’s only McDonalds but the bar is already low and they still can’t even get over it. This goes for the managers as well. Everyone is slow, the line is longer than hell because you got employees that can’t count change and employees that are scatter brained when trying to give you your drink… and most these workers have worked here YEARS, you’d think they’d understand something by now but

Food was fine, but I could not hear the person taking our order. It was like he just would not raise his voice even after lowering his mask a bit. Didnt let us know they were out of apple slices even though it was on our receipt.

IF you're stuck in the mall with a hungry youngster, and IF McDonald's is the only food s/he will eat, then here it is. BUT if you're a grown-up who can wait, then wait for something better. The on-site options are minimal at the moment, but whenever Hawthorn 2.0 actually materializes, then you will have many more adult dining choices. I was in need of a quick shopper's pick-me-up and I made the mistake of stopping here. I have nobody to blame but myself. I'm old enough to know better.
