I have to leave this comment. Today my kids and I were in the mall and my kids really want some crepes. We were at the order place for 5 minutes and no one come to say a word although the owner and I had several eye contacts. So I started the conversation as follows:Me: Excuse meOwner: (staring at me)Me: Hi are you still taking orders(it’s about the close time of the mall so double check)Owner: I am busy.Me: Yes but are you taking orders?Owner: Everyone ordered before you.Me: ?? I didn’t have an order.Owner: (silent and left us to keep doing his work)Me: Can I put an order now?Owner: It’s 10 minute to close, No.Me: (got upset) That’s not good.Owner: You respect my time I respect you.Me: ???I don’t know how I offend him and I don’t think that was what my kids and I deserved. I don’t think with this attitude this store deserves business here no matter the food itself good or not. Our Sunday evening got ruined.

Ordered a mint ice cream cone but the clerk failed to rinse the spoon from the order before so I ended up with cherry flavor all over my mint ice cream. Upon noticing, the clerk refused to replace it for me like it was my fault for being particular about not wanting a fruit flavor in my mint ice cream. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. Mostly due to the attitude and refusal to replace the product that I had paid for..

I've been to this business many times over the years with my young kids. We love the Gelato!! They have a great selection of excellent gelato. You can also get food here. The food is very good... simple, fresh and reasonably priced. The owner is super nice as well and the place is very clean. This cafe is not located in the large restaurant area upstairs. It's downstairs but you can get dinner or lunch and then dessert all in one place! High recommend!!

Flavors were nice. Location is in the mall. Displays for gelato are usually very festive. These flavors looked like they had been around for some time. A few vegan options. Portion size average for the price.

The manager was extremely rude toward me. After buying my gelato I asked him for a gelato to go container because it was going to melt quickly. He tells me he doesn't have any when I'm standing there looking at them. Then he says why are you getting an attitude.. I will NEVER go back there again

Smoothie was all ice and tasteless, with no fruit. Gelato was ok. I asked for a glass of water with my order and was refused, was told I had to buy a bottle of water. Will not return.

I don't know why this place doesnt have 5 stars!!!! The food is A M A Z I N G, especially for being a little family owned italian shop at the mall! Its been there for years now and that should say a lot. Starting from the gelatos, their gelatos are sooo amazing. The rich and velvety texture changed the gelato game for me. My favorite is the OG cookies and creme. Next we have the wonder crepes! I've only had their sweet crepes but they have savory crepes too. I love how the crepes are perfectly thin. My favorite is the royal...something...it has strawberries,banana, and NUTELLA! Of course whipped cream on top. Finally, we have the best paninis!!! You have to try their tuscan chicken panini! It is so good, crunchy, and creamy!
