Terrible service. Sat others before us and then ignored us completely. They changed menu items without notification even though other locations have the same shrimp tacos they used to serve.

This could have been 0 if not for the manager..

She was very considerate when the server screwed up the order.. to begin with, the server showed zero interest in taking orders.. made faces and eye rolls at the order, why? Because we had to give order in parts - since kids were too hungry we gave their order first while we decide on what we wanna eat.. apparently that wasn't acceptable.. then when I ordered a taco salad it was literally full of lettuce..if I took the lettuce out there was like literally 7 beans (exaggerating, but u get the point), a spoon full avocado and 4 pieces of tomatoes.. while we had clearly asked for rice, beans, cheese in it.. Ooo and for vegetarian options he routed us to their online website that had allergans instead of giving us options (hello, that's what the servers are for).. we asked for vegetarian options and nothing super specific...

Eventually the manager came over, she was nice - polite and handled the situation..

Yummy! We told the waitress it was my husband's birthday and the waitress brought him a huge sundae after our dinner. Very nice!

Great food! Me and my wife love coming here the Carne Asada is some of the best quality I’ve had at any Mexican restaurant I’ve visited! Staff have always been nice and service prompt!

The outdoor patio is a great place to eat during the summertime. I would request as a server Fabrizo. He is a friendly, great server. He is very attentive to all your needs. If only more servers everywhere could be like him eating out would be great. They have great t-shirts that they wear but they don't sell them they probably should sell their t-shirts it would help. The food is good it is Mex tex, their steak is hit, and miss, currently, I would stick with the chicken for meals, they have great tableside guacamole.

Parking: Parking is free they have a huge parking lot and plenty of spaces.

By far the only best On The Border I’ve visited frequently. I go here once a week if not more. The quality of food including the basics such as chips and salsa is so fresh that you can’t even find it at any authentic Mexican restaurant. The only reason I go here is the food and smiley faces.

Terrible food and experience. Ordered chicken fajitas from the lunch menu, but it wasn’t cooked properly. The flour tortillas with the fajitas were broken; they replaced them but charged extra. The waiter served the food and then disappeared, so I had to go to the front desk to get the check. Overall, it was a really bad dining experience.

We had dinner here while in the area and it did not disappoint. Food, service and atmosphere were all great! The manager even checked on us. Hopefully I get to come back again soon.
