Nobody in restaurant but I m waiting an order half an hour and they don’t start cooking until I ‘m coming in. Not good service

Walked in 30 minutes before closing. there was almost no food out and the workers clearly wanted to be out of there right at 8:30. i couldn’t order teriyaki chicken 30 minutes before closing because it takes 10 minutes to cook according to the worker. staff literally has zero interest in doing there job and seems like they cook as little as possible and leave things out. will be going to another panda express from now on this place and its staff are garbage.

I go to plenty of pandas, this place had about 3-4 entrees ready and they all looked so old. I just walked out lol. Everyone in front of me was asking for different entrees as well. Yall should have at least one fresh entree and orange chicken at all times.

Food was good. I had a hard time hearing the employee who was serving me. Other then that food was good. Employees were kind.

Disgusting! Serving old, hard rice. Tasted like I was eating plastic. Had to throw it all away.

ordered for catering business lunch and Panda was 40 minutes late ruining 12 contractors lunch. We will avoid ordering in the future. We spent $250.00 on food for this. Last business lunch from Panda.

They didn’t have the meats I wanted but were adamant that it was going to be only a couple minutes. They were very friendly when talking to us so we stayed and waited. For some reason these were the two best tasting meats I’ve had at panda. We go a lot, so this is saying a lot. Might just have been the freshness from coming right off the kitchen, but it was fantastic.

Where's the protein? I didn't order a Vegetarian bowl... Straight broccoli with 3 skimpy pieces of beef. One of those being a rubbery tendon. Absolute rip off.

The European lady working Thursday 3/28/24 around noon needs to be fired.-First off, she levels the scoops for one protein and then she counted one by one for the other protein. How cheap can you be? Girl, just give heaping scoops. And when I asked "did the portion sizes change?" she gave me attitude and said "this is small to you?" It's clear she has never ate at Panda.-Secondly, I walked in and greeted her with a smile saying "hello!" and she starred at me without a greeting and without a smile and I was the only customer she was serving so it wasn't even busy.I would drive 30 minutes to this location because they used to be generous with their portions: never again.I understand Panda corporate decreased their portion sizes, but then lower the price to match the portion size change?
