Absolutely nice people. I accidentally braked too hard and my food dropped everywhere. I went back expecting to pay again to replace the food but they re made it ,after I explained what happened, with no cost at all! I will be coming back here more often. 10/10 service
Kiosk ordering and multiple pickup stations along with lots of customers was a little confusing. They accommodated our group of ten adults with no problems. Food portions were filling and tasty.
The dogs were excellent and the chocolate cake shake was sinful along with the chocolate eclair cake. I ate way too much and now my belly hurts, shame on you Portillo's. hahaha
