I usually stop by this location on my way to work. The last time I ordered a triple iced espresso with 2% milk I asked for a little extra milk and the woman barista said I would have to pay for a latte and denied me of the request. Starbucks is known to ensure that customers get their requests. Luckily I didn’t go back in there to just request for another drink since my drink initially wasn’t even made correctly

Bad service today. My Mocha frappe did had enough whip cream and it's second time they do this to me. there a lot of brown spots. Other starbucks add enough whip cream on my Mocha frappe. it's guy with black beard that makes the mocha frappe’s. He works at night. I hope you fix this problem and they did not do very good job.

1st time I've ever been disrespected by Starbucks employees over a 6$ tall ice mocha with "blended" ice. After getting my drink in the long drive thru lane I had went inside to tell them they forgot to blend the ice. More than 1 person argued with me instead of apologizing and remaking the drink as if it wasn't a hassel for me to have to do this. I was shocked at the discussed attitude they showed!! I've gotten this drink many times before. Just thought you should know of my irritating experience.

They blast the music inside. I told an employee it was too loud and he just smiled. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They do it on purpose so they have fewer customers inside since they do a heavy drive thru service. Shame on Starbucks which originally put its customers first.

Dissappointed!! As a customer who has been going to this Starbucks location 5 days a week for years, it was an "issue" when I asked for my drink to be remade. I pay $7 for this drink which equals $7x5days=$35, $35x4weeks=$140, $140x12months=$1680/year. $1680/year is how much I spend on my coffee at this Starbucks location, the least they can do is make the drink properly. I am so completely over Starbucks. It's always been overrated, and with everything else going on with this company, my unfortunate experience with the rude Barista there was the last straw. I am not spending another dime on Starbucks!

I’m from Wisconsin, and we usually stop at this Starbucks whenever we take a trip to or thru Illinois. The service is wonderful, and the staff are incredibly polite/professional.

Fucjing horrible, service was so bad they treated us like we were immigrants who just got deported. The service was black, they didn't allow us to bring outside food inside even tho we didn't have any food because we are homeless and looking for shelter my dog is dying in the hospital i need money for it and i need food, then in the drive there they thought we were a crazy family because we had a remote control car and ordered ice with nothing. Our leader is disgusted so he started punching the drive thru screen even tho he weighted enough to be a car.
