Any one want HAIR!! with their coffee this is the place to go! This was disgusting not just one piece of hair several pieces! Luckily I noticed before drinking!
Went back for a refund, no apology no nothing!!

Not the type to write reviews but the way the staff acted when I brought this back isn’t okay, it was like a normal thing for them, wasn’t expecting free drinks or whatever but no apology very unfriendly and unprofessional. One hair no problem, things happen but the $8 drink was full of hairs and probably the one I drank half way was too, be careful what you put in your mouth.

I specifically went here to get filtered water. I asked if I could buy a large cup (willing to pay). I was told they don't give water. I said I wanted to buy it. He said there's no way to put it in the computer and they don't give water anymore....excuse me....what!? I had to pay for a $3 bottle of water for them to just give me the freakin large cup of ice water anyway, not bottled in a cup like I originally asked. Ridiculous and stupid!! I would've stayed and purchased something else once my friend arrived, but I went somewhere else. I will not be returning.

Visit very frequently. Today will be my last. Used the app to order. The app gives you a time to pickup. I was 1 minute early. But with how busy the drive thru line gets, I joined the line. The lady told me that I need to pay attention to the pickup time. Asked me to park and come in to get my drink. I agreed. Parked immediately and walked in… to find my drink ready with in 20 seconds. Seriously… they couldn’t have let me just wait 45 seconds in the drive thru line.
They have people who order crazy time consuming drinks, not in the mobile app, just from the drive thru line… and we all wait patiently for their drinks to be made and handed to them.
I will visit other establishments.

I go here every morning on my way to work. Last week I went here and asked for a cup of ice , which I had done this a week prior, the girl at the drive through said she would have to charge me! LIKE REALLY I give you my business almost every morning and you want to charge for ice, when I told the manager the nerve of her to say their other option would of been their highly price bottle water (MAM if I wanted that I would of ordered it) SMH like Starbucks your already struggling for sales and to make customers pay for a cup of ICE if they don’t buy something is very SAD!!!

I'm tired sick of this team's racist , ignorant behavior! last time when i ordered venti hot moca the guy who handed my drink gave me funny face.it was drive thru. I'm confused by his face so i opened my drink after i left. it was 2/3 full. i don't want to start my day to argue over half filled coffee so i just left without complaining. And then today i ordered thru mobile app trenta "extra" salted caramel cold foam on my cold brew coffee also with venti cup of ice. drive thru guy/Same guy ! with nose piercing/ gave me grande ice on purpose , trenta salted caramel cold brew with "venti" cup's lid. He did not add my extra foam on my coffee. And still making funny face to me. Lid was not fitting . it was loose. he just throw that thing on my coffee. It was bad like that. and look at my "extra" salted caramel cold foam cold brew! i even choose make room option for foam on the app. still did not get my extra foam. i'm paid customer. and i don't think i want to deal with this guy's extremely weird, rude behavior . Why he always make funny face to me also! I think he thought it's ok to being rude to customers because whole team is same way. Otherwise how could he!

I was there recently and they messed up the drink and also the remake. After about 45 minutes for one drink, I didn't have the patience or time to go back for another remake. No greeting or friendliness like other Starbucks. It was also very clear the employee making the drink was not trained and no one was helping her at all.
