I asked to make my drink not too sweet, so they put 2.5 pomps of syrup in stead of 5 and charged me 80 cents more. So they put less stuff in my drink and charged me more for that. Doesn't make any sense.

Very pleasant experience going in a couple of times for a place to have coffee and study. Staff has always been very nice and welcoming, occasionally saying “have a good night” and your name when you leave. Just adding that extra touch of feeling welcomed.

Just stop by to get a hot drink, the grande latte decaf with hazelnut syrup! It was so good and satisfying! The barista, Jessica was super friendly and helpful! It was pretty busy here, but quiet and relaxing! A great morning enjoying my coffee!

This review is on Starbucks as a whole, not necessarily this store because they're AMAZING people and it's not their fault, they're just following the recipe. See my photo that I've attached. You pay for 26 ounces of drink and only get 50%. The rest is ice. What you see in photo is what's left after removing ice.

The drive through is one of the longest waits I have ever had. They seem confused on the daily each time we come. I’d recommend going to another Starbucks, just try avoiding this location.Update: 12/16 they still can’t get an order correct ??

If you're looking for a delicious refreshing cold drink, head over to Starbucks! Today's special, half off on their cold summer drinks! I had the Frozen Pineapple Passionfruit Lemonade and it was SO good and satisfying for today's hot summer day! The half off special is today and next Wednesday after 12 pm! When I walked in, the staff greeted me and I told them that I have a mobile order and I picked up in 2 mins! There weren't too many people there today and I was able to to sit and enjoy my cold drink!
I am always amazed at how nice the employees are at Starbucks. This store is no different but even better. They are kind and considerate and one of them even apologized for asking too many questions early in the morning. ? But it was all good. They were important questions.

Service - thumbs up by a trillion. I love these guys! Even when slammed, they are massively courteous. This is a glorious crew.Food- lately the coffee has been bad. I am fierce , but I threw out my coffee. Another day my hubby threw out his. Not a good sign. Also ,not sure if this relates to this Starbucks or all Starbucks -tossed all sugar-free other then Vanilla. Strawberry Açaí, is so watered down. Finally, they tossed my kids fav pesto chicken sandwich. Take note, service great, regular coffee not good....we go elsewhere to get good coffee and deal with poor service.Ambiance - If it is raining, bring an umbrella. Water streams down right at the entrance. FYI- Small place.

I asked for extra caramel in my drink and needless to say, Julie pushed back and walked me thru my drink. She says "can't you see the caramel on the bottom and the sides". Never once have I ever experienced this at a Starbucks. If I'm paying $6 for a drink, I expect to get what I asked. EVEN if you need/want to charge extra for the caramel! Thanks, Julie for your time and lack of effort this morning!
