“Wonderful surprise to see a new Brown’s Chicken, especially on Rt-41. Location is convenient if you are a traveler. Stopped by Sunday afternoon for a quick bite. Customer service was Ok. Order was ready within less than 5 minutes. 2 piece dark meat chicken and biscuit came out hot and juicy with the perfect amount of crunch. I can’t wait to come back and try the rest of the menu.👍🏽“

The young lady named Hayley (not sure if that's how she spells her name) working at the front counter was very helpful and polite. Hayley and her co-workers were all working hard to get many orders out quickly. The restaurant was clean, unlike Milwaukee locations. I was impressed by the great service I received here and the fried chicken I ordered was fresh and tasty. This is probably the best, or one of the best Popeyes locations in Southeastern Wisconsin.“

“I was about to rate this with 1 or 2 stars, because I used to come here and order the mocha cream cold brew with shake base through the drive thru and the people there never understood me. This happened me 4 times. I complained and asked for a manager whenever I was on the window and a rude girl answered me that she was the manager and that they have never put shake base in the cold brew, she didn’t even know what was it! The next time, I even call at the store and asked for a manager and he understood me but when I came, they gave me the same thing that I didn’t want. But this time VERONICA in the dine-in saved my visit and made my day better because she understood that I wanted to change it with the SHAKE BASE. She said she saw it on tik tok and im glad she saw that😅. This is why I’m giving my 5 stars today. This location should have more people like her who is aware about the things that the restaurant has!“
