“I’ve been coming here off and on for the past 20 years. The past five years, they have done an amazing job improving the quality of their product. My 10-year-old daughter also likes going and picking out all the specialty donuts here. Whenever you buy a dozen donuts, they always throw in a few extras. Been extremely happy with them.“

“Thought I was popping in to a typical donut shoppe. Oh, no. This is a boujee donut atmosphere. I was immediately happily greeted (caution if you're one of those grumpy morning people) and shown the extensive menu. I ordered a vanilla cookie butter, chocolate frosted, and a plain for my dogs. When the staff saw I had 2 dogs eagerly waiting in the car, they tossed in an extra plain one. These donuts may send you into diabetic shock, but they are well worth it! Melt in your mouth delicious. Do NOT forget the wet nap, though! As much as you'll lick your fingers, you're gonna need need one. Highly reccomend.“

“I stopped in with my daughter yesterday. We did not have much time so I just got a large black coffee and she got a donut with sprinkles to go. Both were excellent. We didn't stay, but the in house atmosphere seemed very cozy, clean, and lovely. We plan to stop in again next time we are in the area.“

“We come here all the time, I think this is the best kept secret in Batavia.

The donuts are made fresh every day, and they they post specials on their social medias. There is a wide selection of donuts and it’s hard to pick because everything is so good!

I also really like the made to order breakfast sandwiches, you can order them a couple of different ways, but we really like the croissants. $7 for a huge sandwich and a coffee seems like a great deal!

The staff are all really friendly and I like the ambiance, it’s kind of churchy.“

“Been coming here for about a year and take my parents out for breakfast. Food is outstanding and great portions. Owner is always there and remembers you and greets you and asks how are you. “I wish I took pictures, but we ate everything so quickly… IT’S JUST SO GOOD! We had the Korean hotdogs, mochi donuts and boba coffee and milk tea. Every week they have different mochi donut flavors, try them all! For the Korean hotdogs, you choose your flavor, then if you want mozzarella/sausage, and a dipping sauce. Also, the actual location is cute and inviting with extra seating in the back. Highly recommend!“

“Terrell rocked catering for 30 for our graduation party. Great vegetarian/vegan options, along with a couple of meat options. Our guests raved over the Cubano and the portabello mushrooms. Everything was on time, looked good, tasted good and was a fair price. Thanks Terrell!“

“The store is managed by a couple of individuals who handle all aspects of the business, from taking orders to packaging and prepping the food.

Everything felt just right up until we ordered a pack of donuts. One of the employees began packing donuts in a haphazard manner, stacking multiple donuts into a single box, they could hardly fit into the box— quite clumsy and unhygienic!

With that said, the cappuccino we ordered was prepped sooner than we knew it and tasted great.

Overall, the facilities were clean, well-maintained, and organized.“

(Original post below) Although it took a while and many phone calls to the owner of this location and to corporate, (I am very persistent) this issue has been resolved and I am very happy with the way it was handled. I have been paid back the $200 I spent on getting my car back from the towing company, partly in cash and partly in free coffee, which is fine with me considering the amount of coffee I consume. Just wanted to update my review since I believe in giving credit where credit is due! Very happy with the manager and staff for owning up to their mistake and taking responsibility!!! Old post: After being a returning and loyal customer to this Dunkin Donuts location for 4+ years, I am extremely appalled at the way the staff and management here treats their customers and community. Yesterday, Sunday August 6th 2017, after purchasing my daily iced coffee, my car broke down in the parking lot at around 4pm. After attempting to jumpstart my car with no luck, I went inside and asked an employee if it would be okay to leave my car in the parking lot for the day and possibly overnight, as none of the dealerships are open on Sundays. The employee told me that yes, this was fine. I returned today to find that my car had been TOWED despite the fact that I was told by an employee that it would be okay to leave it there!!!! I spoke to the manager, who was extremely rude and unhelpful and told me that it was MY FAULT for asking the "wrong employee" who decided not to share the information with the rest of the staff. I asked to speak with his boss, and was blatantly told, "No." I had to pay $200 to get my car back because of the EXTREME lack of communication and respect at this Dunkin Donuts location.“

“This is my favorite Dunkin and I go out of my way to go here. Sarah and Ihab are so nice and always remember my order. They even recognize my voice when I order and call me by name. Never have issues with my order being correct and they do a great job keeping this place clean inside and out. I have never been to such a clean drive thru and the garbage is never overflowing or on the ground. Keep it up!“

“I still remember my THAT first very early morning cup of coffee in 1987.
I was introduced to the place at Belmont and Clark in Chicago when they used to serve my favorite ONION donuts, and I was addicted to having it with plain cream cheese.
In time, I tried to upgrade to various high-end coffees, but unfortunately, those were not 'my cup of tea.'
Although they do not serve ONION doughnuts, I am still hooked on their taste of coffee. However, now I have changed my doughnut to be plain with vegetable cream cheese. Another great combo. Try it when you visit next time.“

“It’s ok. The workers could smile a little more and be a little more friendly. The hot coffee is always cold I have to ask for fresh coffee or I just go to McDonald’s. I have to go in because if I go through the drive through they always get my order wrong. Thanks for asking. But still I know nothing will be done about it.
