When I asked for a coffee with light ice, I was immediately met with attitude from the cashier. After too much waiting, I was handed a hot coffee. When I asked them to correct the mistake, they told me, "say iced coffee next time," which I'm certain that I did, because I requested light ice in the coffee. But, whatever, trying to move on. Avoid location all together , horrible experience, very rude staff. When my debt card is thrown at me through drive thru window, and I have to open my door to pick up.....no, I'm sorry or anything. It's incredibly sad that employees think it's acceptable to treat a customer so poorly.

I visited this dunkin donuts today around 4pm and the cashier who also said she was the manager was extremely rude and needs to be fired. She cut me off as I was placing my order, got it wrong when I got to the window and got an attitude, tried to gaslight me and tell me what I ordered, walked away from the window, didn’t come back until I blew the horn multiple times and then get this…she told me next time to find a different Dunkin Donuts to go to!!!
