“Thought I was popping in to a typical donut shoppe. Oh, no. This is a boujee donut atmosphere. I was immediately happily greeted (caution if you're one of those grumpy morning people) and shown the extensive menu. I ordered a vanilla cookie butter, chocolate frosted, and a plain for my dogs. When the staff saw I had 2 dogs eagerly waiting in the car, they tossed in an extra plain one. These donuts may send you into diabetic shock, but they are well worth it! Melt in your mouth delicious. Do NOT forget the wet nap, though! As much as you'll lick your fingers, you're gonna need need one. Highly reccomend.“

“I saw racism at it's ultimate high Monday morning July 2. Congratulations to the young women that handled it with complete calm and grace. Not sure if they called the police on the white trash woman that screamed, swore and yelled racial slurs at the employees, but I feel disgusted by her and feel sorry for the teenage daughter that was extremely embarrassed. “The store is managed by a couple of individuals who handle all aspects of the business, from taking orders to packaging and prepping the food.

Everything felt just right up until we ordered a pack of donuts. One of the employees began packing donuts in a haphazard manner, stacking multiple donuts into a single box, they could hardly fit into the box— quite clumsy and unhygienic!

With that said, the cappuccino we ordered was prepped sooner than we knew it and tasted great.

Overall, the facilities were clean, well-maintained, and organized.“

“This Dunkin’ on Wheaton & Warrenville...it's connected to that BP...Holy THANK THE LORD....They get it! Coffee’s always on point, food’s hot, and the crew moves like they’ve got somewhere better to be (in the best way). Even when the line’s wrapped, they keep it pushing. It’s giving efficiency, caffeine, and good vibes. Easily one of the best Dunkins in the area — no notes, just love.“

They are consistent with making iced coffee that tests fresh and isn’t “river water” and the employees in the drive through are always nice. (Original post below) Although it took a while and many phone calls to the owner of this location and to corporate, (I am very persistent) this issue has been resolved and I am very happy with the way it was handled. I have been paid back the $200 I spent on getting my car back from the towing company, partly in cash and partly in free coffee, which is fine with me considering the amount of coffee I consume. Just wanted to update my review since I believe in giving credit where credit is due! Very happy with the manager and staff for owning up to their mistake and taking responsibility!!! Old post: After being a returning and loyal customer to this Dunkin Donuts location for 4+ years, I am extremely appalled at the way the staff and management here treats their customers and community. Yesterday, Sunday August 6th 2017, after purchasing my daily iced coffee, my car broke down in the parking lot at around 4pm. After attempting to jumpstart my car with no luck, I went inside and asked an employee if it would be okay to leave my car in the parking lot for the day and possibly overnight, as none of the dealerships are open on Sundays. The employee told me that yes, this was fine. I returned today to find that my car had been TOWED despite the fact that I was told by an employee that it would be okay to leave it there!!!! I spoke to the manager, who was extremely rude and unhelpful and told me that it was MY FAULT for asking the "wrong employee" who decided not to share the information with the rest of the staff. I asked to speak with his boss, and was blatantly told, "No." I had to pay $200 to get my car back because of the EXTREME lack of communication and respect at this Dunkin Donuts location.“

“This dunkin’ donuts is literally my favorite coffee place i go there every morning for a triple mocha coffee. whoever says they like starbucks more is lying.

“Staff is really nice, efficient, and patient. I got the new Megan Thee Stallion protein smoothie. It tastes very similar to the Sabrina Carpenter Strawberry Daydream Refresher, just minus the foam. But I’m not complaining, the price is good and it tastes good“
