“Thought I was popping in to a typical donut shoppe. Oh, no. This is a boujee donut atmosphere. I was immediately happily greeted (caution if you're one of those grumpy morning people) and shown the extensive menu. I ordered a vanilla cookie butter, chocolate frosted, and a plain for my dogs. When the staff saw I had 2 dogs eagerly waiting in the car, they tossed in an extra plain one. These donuts may send you into diabetic shock, but they are well worth it! Melt in your mouth delicious. Do NOT forget the wet nap, though! As much as you'll lick your fingers, you're gonna need need one. Highly reccomend.“

The owners are incredibly personable, and always personally greet us when we come in. You can always see one of the owners helping customers, running the register, taking out food, and/or busing a table. “I wish I took pictures, but we ate everything so quickly… IT’S JUST SO GOOD! We had the Korean hotdogs, mochi donuts and boba coffee and milk tea. Every week they have different mochi donut flavors, try them all! For the Korean hotdogs, you choose your flavor, then if you want mozzarella/sausage, and a dipping sauce. Also, the actual location is cute and inviting with extra seating in the back. Highly recommend!“

“I saw racism at it's ultimate high Monday morning July 2. Congratulations to the young women that handled it with complete calm and grace. Not sure if they called the police on the white trash woman that screamed, swore and yelled racial slurs at the employees, but I feel disgusted by her and feel sorry for the teenage daughter that was extremely embarrassed. “This donkey gets a bad rap because it’s part of a gas station. I get my coffee from here every single morning. I’m very rarely have I ever had an issue. They also do excellent with the app ordering ahead of time. I only live about three minutes down the road and I swear it’s always ready might not be the prettiest location because of the gas station but the people that work there seemed really care and they do a good job for me and my family.“

“The store is managed by a couple of individuals who handle all aspects of the business, from taking orders to packaging and prepping the food.

Everything felt just right up until we ordered a pack of donuts. One of the employees began packing donuts in a haphazard manner, stacking multiple donuts into a single box, they could hardly fit into the box— quite clumsy and unhygienic!

With that said, the cappuccino we ordered was prepped sooner than we knew it and tasted great.

Coffee’s always on point, food’s hot, and the crew moves like they’ve got somewhere better to be (in the best way). Even when the line’s wrapped, they keep it pushing. “UPDATE on my situation with this Dunkin Donuts. (Original post below) Although it took a while and many phone calls to the owner of this location and to corporate, (I am very persistent) this issue has been resolved and I am very happy with the way it was handled. I have been paid back the $200 I spent on getting my car back from the towing company, partly in cash and partly in free coffee, which is fine with me considering the amount of coffee I consume. Just wanted to update my review since I believe in giving credit where credit is due! Very happy with the manager and staff for owning up to their mistake and taking responsibility!!! Old post: After being a returning and loyal customer to this Dunkin Donuts location for 4+ years, I am extremely appalled at the way the staff and management here treats their customers and community. Yesterday, Sunday August 6th 2017, after purchasing my daily iced coffee, my car broke down in the parking lot at around 4pm. After attempting to jumpstart my car with no luck, I went inside and asked an employee if it would be okay to leave my car in the parking lot for the day and possibly overnight, as none of the dealerships are open on Sundays. The employee told me that yes, this was fine. I returned today to find that my car had been TOWED despite the fact that I was told by an employee that it would be okay to leave it there!!!! I spoke to the manager, who was extremely rude and unhelpful and told me that it was MY FAULT for asking the "wrong employee" who decided not to share the information with the rest of the staff. I asked to speak with his boss, and was blatantly told, "No." I had to pay $200 to get my car back because of the EXTREME lack of communication and respect at this Dunkin Donuts location.“
