Yesterday was my first trip to Stringtown BBQ and it won't be the last. I had the Brisket dinner and it was really good. I loved the bark and the Cowboy beans were very good. Having lived in Texas there's always a comparison and this was right up there in quality. The service was good too, I'll definitely be going back!
Wonderful food, great atmosphere and even better staff. As someone who has had gastric bypass, i was allowed to eat off kids menu with no questions asked, that is extremely impressive and important as their kids meal fed me twice. Highly recommend!

The food here at Stringtown was delicious!! I had the brisket plate and she had the pulled pork plate. Comes with a generous 1/2# portion of meat along with 2 sides and a cornbread muffin. The food (all of it) was delicious and I can’t wait to come back! Super fast service, like lightning fast.
