The food here at Stringtown was delicious!! I had the brisket plate and she had the pulled pork plate. Comes with a generous 1/2# portion of meat along with 2 sides and a cornbread muffin. The food (all of it) was delicious and I can’t wait to come back! Super fast service, like lightning fast. The owner was there and stopped by to say hi and make sure the food and service was good which I really liked, don’t see too much of that anymore but was really nice. Brisket had the perfect amount of smoke, flavor, plenty juicy and not dried out. Same goes for the pulled pork. Very reasonably priced. Nice fully stocked bar available as well. First time here at Stringtown, was very impressed, can’t wait to come back! Next time I’m going for the baby back ribs!

Yesterday was my first trip to Stringtown BBQ and it won't be the last. I had the Brisket dinner and it was really good. I loved the bark and the Cowboy beans were very good. Having lived in Texas there's always a comparison and this was right up there in quality. The service was good too, I'll definitely be going back!

Wonderful food, great atmosphere and even better staff. As someone who has had gastric bypass, i was allowed to eat off kids menu with no questions asked, that is extremely impressive and important as their kids meal fed me twice. Highly recommend!

It was our first time eating there tonight and we enjoyed the smoke salmon special and the brisket! The smoked salmon was full of soooo much flavor and flaky fresh. The brisket fell a part due to how tender it was. The appetizers were plentiful and a super cheap price! We were pleasantly surprised and will be back. We were even greeted by the owner and he was very kind.Parking: A lot of parking available in front of buildingKid-friendliness: They have a kids menu and open space

Great place. Best brisket I've had in years. Will be back.I'm from Texas we slice our brisket bias cut thin slice. That hunk of meat i had to cut was a little unusual. But your brisket was great smoke and well cooked. I laughed at the guy who wanted his prime rib well done. You're prime rib was over done
We stopped in today and ordered the Brisket grilled cheese and the Homemade tenderloin and both were very good . The menu is bbq and bar food and I really liked it Definitely

The the most part our food was good. Initially I wanted to try the prime rib but with only one size and an almost 50$ price tag I had to pass. I did get the chicken and it was delicious. I was disappointed in the loaded baked potato since it hardly had any topping on it for such a large spud. Also the Cole slaw really lacked seasoning.Service was a bit off. There were 5 of us and our orders were mixed up to the point where 2 of us had to settle for stuff we didn't order. Then after that we had to wait an additional 10min for fries. While our waitress was nice she made us feel rushed. She was at our table literally every couple minutes up until we paid.
