“Pulled up to drive up window waited for a period of time and no-one came, I called asked if the drive thru was open, the lady said yes I said I'm there she said ok ,still no one came to the window I looked around and noticed a button on the slider I pushed it then a lady opened it and said can I help you

“Food is really good but they are very short staffed and the day we were there they couldn't handle the crowd without becoming rude. Waited 45 minutes for someone to take our order and when we asked if we could get someone to take it the service quality tanked even more. No one to take people's money, so people had to stand in line to get their checks. They do not combine their tips, keep that in mind.“
