My food (Greek Gyro) was hot and fresh. The lady taking my oder in the Drive up had a smile in her voice. The server at the window was cheerful and upbeat. All around very pleasant experience. Way to go Arby's Waterloo Illinois. The owners and management should be proud of their team.

I go here quite a bit, but lately there is a female drive through attendant that just seems like she hates her job and anyone that comes up to the drive thru. She needs to be let go or moved.

They are remodeling. But got our order all kinds of wrong and we didn't realize till it was to late to turn around and go back . But that being said they are still good rost beef sandwiches.
