I was in the area and have mostly stopped eating at BK's since the end of Covid, as they are so terible to eat at anymore. I ordered something to go, waiting near the counter for about 15 minutes, when I inquired about my order. Apparently, it was made, but the person working the drive thru gave it to someone else.

I am not even sure why the employees struggle so much. We ordered at the counter, and the employees didn't get to our food for a half hour. They were really struggling to accomplish minor tasks. Maybe it's because they kept going outside to smoke pot.
Look, I've worked in the service industry. I know employees take smoke breaks. But this Burger King isn't even functional. A little elderly man was forgotten after being asked to pull up, and when he poked his head behind the counter and finally convinced someone to make his food, he left with a tiny bag.

The service was good and reasonably quick in the drive thru. Double cheeseburgers were very fresh but missing ketchup, mustard, and pickles. Whopper with cheese was also missing ketchup but they added mustard. None of the burgers were special ordered.

Employees have a sign where you order drive through stating that they are working with only 2 people. Employee sounded very stressed. Said it could take 5 to 10 minutes for order. Who is on charge? I felt sorry for them. I was in the dinning room the other day and the floor by the counter was discussingly sticky. The place needs a good cleaning

Awful higher up management, never lets them have enough employees and the men’s restroom is shut down from the roof(they actively don’t get replaced) leaking so bad. Health department probably should get a call!! Service is also usually only good in the morning or early afternoon! Worked there for years 😜

This place sucks. They turn off doordash the moment they get an order. They aren't busy ever either. Food usually comes cold and overcooked. Terrrrrrible management will be reporting to corporate.

There was only one other patron besides us so we could take our pick of tables (wrong). ALL of the tables were dirty. We had to wipe the table and seats ourselves. The floors were sticky and the bathrooms were nasty. The place smelled like old grease. We ordered chicken sandwiches and I couldn’t tell if they were freezer burned or if they were sitting under the warming tray too long or if they were cooked too long. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. Food poisoning waiting to happen.

THE MANAGER JAYDE, IS A SUPERSTAR. SHE IS A YOUNG HARD WORKING LADY WHO IS EXTREMELY BRIGHT AND FRIENDLY. BURGER KING IS LUCKY TO HAVE SUCH A COMPETENT MANAGER!!

The food could have been good, but there was only one person working the counter. She continued to take orders from the customer line while my sandwich sat on the shelf getting cold. By the time she finally put it on my tray it was just luke warm, like eating a leftover.

The employees are nice and hardworking. I caught hell from the drive thru girl for wadding up my straw cover into a pea sized ball and flicking it out the window. I forgive her. The burgers are great! The chicken nuggets have an oddly unpleasantly bland coating. And the chicken inside them is tasteless too. But great people and great burgers. Avoid the nuggets.
