My boyfriend and I get bk a a couple times a month and there is always a very rude manager that works every time we go . Our order is always messed up and not fresh like asked. We had gotten a few wrong items and had some misplaced and when I called up there she said she would put our name down for a remake and then hung up on me. Never got our phone number or said sorry. We went this past weekend to get the remake and she never put our name down. Thankfully they have a new manager in there working and trying to fix everything. He remade the food with no problem and explained the situation as to why he is now there. His name is Shanon and he was extremely helpful and actually cares about customers.

This place needs to be shut down. Dirty and poor customer service. Food is gross. Save your money and eat in Columbia.

It’s visible from the lobby how dirty and disgusting the back of house is. I’m not sure how they haven’t shut down. Bread on bun had a distinct mildew smell. Will not be returning

I was in the area and have mostly stopped eating at BK's since the end of Covid, as they are so terible to eat at anymore. I ordered something to go, waiting near the counter for about 15 minutes, when I inquired about my order. Apparently, it was made, but the person working the drive thru gave it to someone else.
Helen Keller could have taken my order and prepared my order more accurate than this. Literally everything was wrong-drinks, sides, sandwiches and sauces.

My husband and I dined in at the Burger King in Waterloo IL today and we were appalled. First the ice machine was out and then the Coke was out (none in the store) with no signage. The soda area and trash cans were disgusting. One trash can looked like someone had thrown up a week ago and it’s still sitting there. There are fruit flies flying all over the restaurant. But the worst part was the unprofessionalism by a worker and another person who claimed to be the GM. They were talking crap about people coming through the drive thru and a man who told them the ice was out. If this is how the GM behaves no wonder they only have two workers. With this kind of customer service they’ll be lucky to stay in business.

I hadn't been to this Burger King in years, and I doubt I'll be back. I presented a coupon which was not honored because the manager told me (rudely) it was too old. It had no expiration date on it! After ordering, I took my cup to the soda dispenser to find it was out of ice. The entire self-serve area was dirty with spills of soda and condiments; lids were all over the place. After receiving my kids' meal, I discovered it was missing the cookie. I sent my husband to the counter to get one only to be told they were out of them. He asked if there was something they could substitute and was told they would give him an ice cream cone, but the ice cream was too runny.

This is the 3rd time I have tried to return and try again because in the past this BK location has been a good one. Today I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes and then someone came to the window to say we are making fresh fries can you pull forward? I did so and waited so long that I had to go inside and ask for my order as my lunch hour was almost over. I was given the wrong food . Not even hot!

Had to leave without getting anything. Could not even get an employee to talk to us . Probably just a bad day I hope. The one employee I did see seemed very stressed out but regardless was a bad experience 😕

I am not even sure why the employees struggle so much. We ordered at the counter, and the employees didn't get to our food for a half hour. They were really struggling to accomplish minor tasks. Maybe it's because they kept going outside to smoke pot.
Look, I've worked in the service industry. I know employees take smoke breaks. But this Burger King isn't even functional. A little elderly man was forgotten after being asked to pull up, and when he poked his head behind the counter and finally convinced someone to make his food, he left with a tiny bag.

The service was good and reasonably quick in the drive thru. Double cheeseburgers were very fresh but missing ketchup, mustard, and pickles. Whopper with cheese was also missing ketchup but they added mustard. None of the burgers were special ordered.
