The employees are nice and hardworking. I caught hell from the drive thru girl for wadding up my straw cover into a pea sized ball and flicking it out the window. I forgive her. The burgers are great! The chicken nuggets have an oddly unpleasantly bland coating. And the chicken inside them is tasteless too. But great people and great burgers. Avoid the nuggets.

Servers were really nice. But the other night it was ridiculously slow. I usually don't care if things are slow, but i genuinely thought there was only one person working and felt bad for them but there were multiple workers so I'm not sure why things were so slow. And the fries were very old, barely warm, turning stiff and had a funky taste compared to how they normally taste. And when I ordered doordash a week or so before, I had missing items. The whoppers were BOMB...

Kid-friendliness: They have a nice inside playground for little kids on those rainy days, and there is also something usually playing on the TV for the little ones. Best fast food for kids in Waterloo Illinois. In my opinion .
