We ordered food through the drive thru, our food was delicious. Our fries were fresh and the flamethrower sandwiches we nicely made. At most burger places the burgers are made sloppy but not here. It was late and we stopped to eat before heading home (and hour and a half drive). We were pleased with the service and food. I hate thar I didn't get the guy's name working.

Stopped at the Dairy Queen in Waterloo, IL. Order wasn’t entered correctly, food was cold, and I got sick with a bad stomachache afterward. Very disappointing.

Probably the nicest little Dairy Queen we have been to and the girl who waited on us was delightful! All the food we got looked and tasted wonderful. Could not recommend more! We will be going back.

Stopped by yesterday for some food but I haven’t been there since the summer time with my kids, when I was here yesterday it was chaotic, no gloves were being worn and it was just plain dirty, it was way better over the summer time when they had some kids working for them, but it’s just plain dirty now.

I was served a rotten blizzard. The guy working stated most of them in the back smelt rotten as well. made my stomach hurt almost immediately.

The guy who served me was kind & courteous, however, my burger & fries were cold. My cheese wasn't even melted on the burger..and cold fries. 😕

I hardly eat outside of my home because it's costly & every penny counts. I wasted $10.50 at your establishment today & I don't think I will be back, although I doubt it matters.

On 6/6/25 my husband ordered us Dairy Queen on his way home. I took a bite of my banana split and it had rotten pineapple on it. It was horrible. I tried calling to let them know they had rotten fruit being served but the phone wouldn’t ring. That was absolutely vile and smelled really strong of fermented rotten fruit. Not sure how they couldn’t smell that when making it.

So I called the store. The lady told me that she was the cake decorator if so, this cake is horrible.

Waited 20 minutes for our food it was cold. Have to pay for ranch dressing if you want it. It was terrible!!

THIS PLACE SUCKS PLAIN AND SIMPLE!!!!

Sat in drive through with 1 car in from to me to pay for 15mins. Then food wasn't even ready and sat again. Everytime this is the slowest drive through ever. The same peanut busyer parfait is cheaper inn columbia Dq by $2! Crazy

Only good thing here is the food. You wanna pay 50 bucks for only 3 people? Come here! The cheapest combo meal is almost 10 bucks and a normal combo meal is like.. 12. For a burger, side, and fries.

Even after that, place has gone downhill after what I'm assuming is new owners. Chairs have never been changed and it almost fell apart as soon as I sat down, they forgot to even input a whole meal, and I cant even sit at the booth. PSA, that's only possible if you're probably a skinny girl that does cheerleading or something for example. The tables ate BOLTED to the floor.

I'm disappointed and sad. Portions are so small for their price and I miss when DQ used to be fun to come to with my now late GMA. Don't bother here y'all.

Update: just realized they didn't even make my cheese curds a large like I'm 90% sure I asked for :((
