Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I was served a rotten blizzard. The guy working stated most of them in the back smelt rotten as well. made my stomach hurt almost immediately.

The guy who served me was kind & courteous, however, my burger & fries were cold. My cheese wasn't even melted on the burger..and cold fries. 😕

I hardly eat outside of my home because it's costly & every penny counts. I wasted $10.50 at your establishment today & I don't think I will be back, although I doubt it matters.

On 6/6/25 my husband ordered us Dairy Queen on his way home. I took a bite of my banana split and it had rotten pineapple on it. It was horrible. I tried calling to let them know they had rotten fruit being served but the phone wouldn’t ring. That was absolutely vile and smelled really strong of fermented rotten fruit. Not sure how they couldn’t smell that when making it.

So I called the store. The lady told me that she was the cake decorator if so, this cake is horrible.

Waited 20 minutes for our food it was cold. Have to pay for ranch dressing if you want it. It was terrible!!

THIS PLACE SUCKS PLAIN AND SIMPLE!!!!

Sat in drive through with 1 car in from to me to pay for 15mins. Then food wasn't even ready and sat again. Everytime this is the slowest drive through ever. The same peanut busyer parfait is cheaper inn columbia Dq by $2! Crazy

Only good thing here is the food. You wanna pay 50 bucks for only 3 people? Come here! The cheapest combo meal is almost 10 bucks and a normal combo meal is like.. 12. For a burger, side, and fries.

Even after that, place has gone downhill after what I'm assuming is new owners. Chairs have never been changed and it almost fell apart as soon as I sat down, they forgot to even input a whole meal, and I cant even sit at the booth. PSA, that's only possible if you're probably a skinny girl that does cheerleading or something for example. The tables ate BOLTED to the floor.

I'm disappointed and sad. Portions are so small for their price and I miss when DQ used to be fun to come to with my now late GMA. Don't bother here y'all.

Update: just realized they didn't even make my cheese curds a large like I'm 90% sure I asked for :((

Went at about 4PM for ice cream with my kids and the front door said to enter through the patio door. Walked inside and it smelled like a sewer. Not sure what happened but they had just mopped the entire restaurant. The kid who took our order was super friendly. Great guy. I’ve been here a couple of other times and he’s has waited on me in the drive thru and always helpful.

However, both my kids didn’t want to finish their ice cream and asked to leave early because the sewer smell was so bad. Not sure when is the last time they were inspected but it’s filthy inside. They probably need to replace their machinery & definitely need give that teenage boy a raise.

Some ways this DQ could improve? Have working equipment, heated dining room and working doors. when you wait 10min for your food, 3 burgers a small fry and a fountain soda and the burgers are ice cold and the fries and they aren't even HOT? I only got the money back for 2 of the burgers because my husband was so hungry. never again will I step foot in this DQ. the floors were so filthy I was sliding just standing in one spot. Absolutely disgusting. This place should be shut down.

The pretzel rods are so hard not even my dog will eat them

My friend and I went, they forgot my ketchup. The fries smell AWFUL. When getting my drink they accidentally spilled it on me, and didn’t give me napkins or anything after (i was at drive through) i had to wait with soda dripping down my hand for napkins to come in the bag. When I went in to get the ketchup they forgot, it smelled TERRIBLE (like egg farts and booty) and made me sick to my stomach. All of the food stank.

Me and my kids went in 20 mins after they opened and the fryers weren't turned on yet so we waited for that. At the drink station there were only lids for large drinks. I ordered my son's burger with only ketchup, it had everything on it. I also ordered a cup of gravy for my strips and my food came out without the gravy. I went and asked about it and they said they're making it and would bring it out. Waited 20 mins and still didn't get it. Very disappointed!

This was one of the dirtiest restaurants I have ever been in. If it was not for my kids wanting it I would have left. To start we were not greeted while waiting to order. The store smelled of dirty mop water and was slippery like it was washed with dirty grease water. The bathroom was dirty as if it has not been cleaned and this was at 11:30am.
