If you want cold fries and a burger loaded with mayo and ketchup then this is the place for you! Couldn’t even taste the meat in my burger and the fries were cold and been hanging out under the heat lamp for too long. I will take my burger order elsewhere.

I went to Hardee’s drive thru in Waterloo, IL on, August 25, 2024 for breakfast. I was immediately greeted by this cheerful, friendly voice over the speaker. She took my order and I pulled around to the drive-up window. I had my card ready to pay and was greeted by this kind person. I told her, you really know how to put a smile on someone’s face, and that person was me! She said her name was Tywanna. I hope Hardee’s corporate reads this and recognizes what a wonderful, caring and kind person they have on their team. They are very fortunate! Thanks Tywanna for the amazing service!!
I stop in there on Sunday mornings.every time there are only two ladies working.I can tell you,they are friendly fast efficient and food is good. There should be at least 5 employees at this time of day.but these ladies put good food out with friendly service better than any fast food place I've been too in years.and they are consistent. The owner of this hardees should give them the pay of 5 people because they are doing the work well.if it wasn't for them you wouldn't be open..like the hardees where I'm from no reliable employees no open no money.pay these two what they are worth and what they deserve please.as I sit in the restaurant so many people are taking the time to personally thank them as they leave.amazing.

Was given wrong order in drive through. The girl wanted to give me the sandwich that was just returned by the person that got my order. Then wanted me to eat the now cold fries from the wrong order. She just dropped the new fries upside down into the bag. Just a hateful overpaid worker collecting a paycheck. We’ll never go back for this abuse.
