I just went through the drive through and the young man who waited on us was SO unbelievably nice!! We pulled off and we were both like wow!! That young man needs, a raise or a promotion or at least major recognition!! Let him train all the newbies!!

Please do something about those biscuits. They are as hard as a hockey puck. Frisco bread is rarely ever toasted. Kinda seems like there isn't ever a shift lead or manager per shift doing quality control. Breakfast is usually the better choice, but they aren't always open on time in the mornings.

If you want cold fries and a burger loaded with mayo and ketchup then this is the place for you! Couldn’t even taste the meat in my burger and the fries were cold and been hanging out under the heat lamp for too long. I will take my burger order elsewhere.

Went there for breakfast. The biscuit was dried out & hard. The hash browns were.cold & you need to change your oil. When you spend $8.00 plus, you expect better. To many other places to go.

I went to Hardee’s drive thru in Waterloo, IL on, August 25, 2024 for breakfast. I was immediately greeted by this cheerful, friendly voice over the speaker. She took my order and I pulled around to the drive-up window. I had my card ready to pay and was greeted by this kind person. I told her, you really know how to put a smile on someone’s face, and that person was me! She said her name was Tywanna. I hope Hardee’s corporate reads this and recognizes what a wonderful, caring and kind person they have on their team. They are very fortunate! Thanks Tywanna for the amazing service!!
