I had a craving for Imos and usually they don't disappoint but this time, I feel let down. I had an order placed for pickup for 5:15. I did get there a few minutes early and was told it would be another 10 minutes of waiting in my car with the heat index at 115 for the day. I had ice cream in the car that was pretty melted when I got home. They didn't say sorry or anything. When I got home and begun to plate everything for my family I noticed that the pizzas were overdone...

I am updating this Review. My previous review was one star on each one after having the same sandwich completely butchered twice in one week and no, I did not ask for a refund either time. But today I decided I really wanted the sandwich. Popped in as a result of a Google search.
Just not a fan.
It seemed like everything coming from the kitchen missed that magical window on proper cooking times and sadly was over done.
Passing thru so l won't be back.
