KFC - WE LOVE I wanted to call in an order of a 12pc meal with three sides. Unfortunately I was told to just come there. The employees were all working very hard, which we really appreciate. The store was really busy, could not make chicken fast enough. I believe that a 12pc meal is really too big of an order at rush hour. I guess there is no easy fix, for finger licking good.

i came on Wednesday and the guy working the drive thru was so friendly and helpful. i can’t remember his name. it was quick service too. The food tasted great!

Came in around 10:45am, ordered 12 hot wings. NOT sure if the cook time was cut short, fryer was not up to temperature, or chicken was bad, but it does not taste nor look good. Photo provided. Employees, and customer service were and always have been good.

Went in for an 8pc bucket, the girl at the front was very sweet and helpful, the chicken was hot, crispy and fresh. The sides and biscuits were just as good as I remembered from my childhood.

Late breakfast turned into lunch. Got a couple of chicken Littles to quill the hunger. They were what was needed to hit the spot. Yummy.

This location got the mashed potatoes perfectly!. Of course, the original chicken recipe is great. With the biscuit that came with the 3-piece, I really enjoyed my food.

Forgot our biscuits, the chicken was greasy and disgusting we almost couldn't eat it. The only reason we got KFC is because my little one loves chicken legs and our local deli was out. So gross. Don't go there unless you want a bellyache. I've tried calling several times to inform them and it's just a busy signal. Yuk

Absolutely the worst customer service ever!!! Trying to order my food and they didn’t have what I needed and a manager came to the intercom in the most unprofessional way telling me 2 ways I could do the order but then states or I can just leave … really that’s how you talk to customers that are about to spend $50 plus in your store and she is trying to get the order right for her family because yall are out of a regular menu item at dinner rush.. go back to kindergarten and learn how to treat people .. then the assistant manager and cashier trying to hide her cause she can’t stand by what she said. Only can talk trash to me behind a drive thru speaker. Yall a waste! Then refused to give a managers name nor would give me the corporate number. Worst management that’s probably why the customer service is so bad. Yall need some lessons from Chick-fil-A.
