Literally refused to serve me said they had their fryers turned off an hour before closing
This isnt the first time ive had a problem, today ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches both were made wrong, try to call them no one answers the phone. No one speaks English that works there. This place sucks.

I ordered a Quarter Pounder with no cheese and a large fry & Dr.Pepper. Got home and it looked like they gave me a medium fry in a large container. McDonald’s quality has really gone downhill. They also need to start salting their fry’s.

They were only cocerned about the drive up window. The french fryed were half cooked. They were fast. The food is lacking. Sorry.

Ordered $56 in food to feed 6 members of my family during a snowy night in Jan 2025. I was handed the food and drinks and had to ask for both the milk from the Happy Meal and the sauces for the nuggets.
After the long drive home I noticed they forgot two entrees, made one wrong and two of the drinks were wrong as well. Yes, i should have done their job for them and checked the order before leaving...my bad. Also, The phone number for the Waterloo location is a fax number which must be real nice for the staff.
Terrible experience. The dude serving the window is really bad at the job. Management is 100% at fault here for allowing it to occur.

Slowest drive through in the state. The entire inside is a mess. Trash over flowing, soda fountain over flowing onto the floor. Nobody to take your order. Lights are not working outside on the building. The chairs and seats cushions are ripped off. Workers speaking vulgar and I would not bring my child inside.

Same slow place, but it seems like it's gotten worse. Took 20 minutes to get my food on curbside. What is the point of ordering ahead in the app if it takes LONGER to get your order? They literally didn't even have anyone in the drive-through, and it still took that long. I finally had to call and ask what the hold up was.

Came to the drive through right before lunch( thought no big deal the line is backed up a few, it will be about 11:00 by the time I get to the speaker) Had to wait in line for 10 minutes before even able to put my order in at the speaker. Line was totally backed up. When I went to put my lunch order in at 10:56 with NO ONE EVEN BEHIND ME, the GM refused to serve me lunch saying the food was not prepared yet. So how long does it even take to prepare the food then? Can’t be too long just take my order and by the time I’m even able to get to the first window it will be well past 11:00. So still denied me, would not give me a break after sitting in line for 10 minutes. Had to pull off to the side for 4 minutes and then get back in line(at this time not a single car has even pulled up since I got out of line, but the line is still backed up some).
So I FINALLY am able to make my lunch order, first one at the split lane speakers. And I sit there, and sit there and sit there for about 5 minutes. Someone in the lane next to me pulls up and they get served!!!!! Im about to lose my mind at this point. Then the next car pulls up and they get told to hold on a second. I’m thinking “this is finally my time” and the lady comes on the speaker and TELLS ME TO HOLD ON A MINUTE…. Then proceed to go back to the other lane and take their order!!! So now I have 2 cars that WERE 2nd and 3rd to pull up from me initially being there that are now in front of me! I confronted the lady at the window and she denied the whole thing and said “we’re doing the best we can do”
100% completely unacceptable. This is not the first time I have been screwed over in this drive through.

I always need to add extra condiments so I can swallow. I get a filet of fish every time with extra tartar sauce. They always make it good!

Super slow. Definitely not fast food. Matter of fact it's the slowest food I've ever had. Also I ordered a sprite but the sprite must have ran out and I got carbonated water basically. No thank you! I will definitely not return. I will say that most of the staff seemed nice enough even with the obvious language barrier but they were kind.

This place is gross now. Been there twice in the last month. The same both times. Dining room is disgusting! Out of ice. Counters and tables gross. No ketchup in the dispensers. No service at the counter. Food takes forever.
