Came in at 9:30 for breakfast. Biscuits and gravy was great but it was almost as cold inside as it was outside and was told by an employee they can't do anything about it. Seriously, it was cold and even the chair and table was COLD to the touch... almost went to my car to eat, this is crazy!

We went to this location at 9:15pm on a Saturday after a basketball game. We tried to go in to dine in but it was locked. I could see workers inside. The store hours were posted on the door and it said dine in hours were open until 11:00pm. I called and and no one answered and then I called again and they hung up on me. So I went to the drive thru and asked and they said they closed the dining room at 9:00. They were rude so we didn't order.

I went to get a burger from the store one hour before close. I was told they were out of every burger on the menu, every chicken sandwich, even the fish. They said all they had was McNuggets, which is very unbelievable. I decided not to buy anything.

I waited for 38 minutes for a mobile order. I went in side twice to try to get my food. When I finally got it, my food was all room temp. Last time I went through the drive through I waited quite a while and was missing 3 items when I got home. We will no longer be patroning this McDonalds.

Stopped on Sunday Nov. 9th the drive thru was a disaster some cars getting food at the very last window some at the 2nd window. when i get to the second window no one there so I move up. then the employee is hanging from the 2nd window with our food looking for me she runs up gives me the bag and i explain why I'm here and she looks at me like I'M crazy. Get down the road and no fries I turn around and go inside to get the fries and the woman at the register taking orders is literally nodding and is so dirty that her grey sweatshirt which was not a McDonalds sweatshirt is so dirty it's black!!! I tell her I didn't get my fries and she has no idea what that means?? the manager shows up and looks at my receipt and says you didn't order fries I tell him I did and I'm not sure why the receipt doesn't reflect that, he gives me the fries and i ask him why he is allowing his staff to work dirty? he just looks at me. Needless to say that will be the last time I stop there. I drive through Waterloo all the time I won't give them another dime. also I would give zero stars if I could!!

I will not go back. Our order took almost 30 minutes and we were not the only ones. I counted 6 other people that either had been waiting as long as us or didn't get their order right. There looked to be at least 7 people in the back. And about 3 that was going in and out.

The last time I was here about 2 years ago the food was awful. Today I wanted tea and fries, I thought , they can't screw that up, so I stopped. Nobody inside, two cars in the drive thru. I looked at my watch when I walked in, while I was waiting 2 employees looked at me a few times. 6 minutes, 7 minutes, at 14 minutes I had enough. I don't know why anyone patronizes this place. I won't go back.

First to start when we began ordering our food I noticed another customer waiting at the front desk and managers and others looking and ignoring him .. it wasn’t until he had to say something that something changed. The atmosphere was trashed chairs pulled out food on tables , trash on the floor. A manager straight looked at me and ignored me and again wasn’t until I had to say something … from working fast food … I know that the customer is the first priority.. service was just terrible .. the rude looks to just staring as if were an inconvenience. Not returning. Worst McDonalds … and a lot of talking about nothing work related while customers were wating .. definitely not returning

Just had the worst experience I’ve ever had with this McDonald’s drive thru. From getting in line to order to getting our food (two simple meals and a happy meal), it took at least 35 minutes! We got stuck on the inner lane to order so it took about 10 minutes to get an order in. Then after paying, they made us pull off into a curbside spot. There was already one car in this bank of spots waiting for their order and maybe two in the drive thru spots. We had to wait for over 25 minutes for our food! All of the other cars around us in the pull off spots got theirs and others pulled in after us and still got their food well before us. When I asked the girl bringing out food what was going on, she said they were short -staffed. I can understand that but why were people well after us in line getting their food ahead of us as well as those currently moving through the drive thru line getting their food before us? When we finally got our food, there no apology—she didn’t even say anything. It wasn’t until we drove away that we realized that they forgot to give us the milk for our son’s Happy Meal. Service had gotten so bad there, it’s not even funny. Won’t be returning for a very long time.
