Waited an hour for delivery. After 45min checked the app and they canceled our order for some reason. We tipped & paid with card. This place has been going down hill lately

This is how my pizza arrived to my house. Called manager wouldn't refund my complete cost of my pizza.
I ordered BBQ boneless wings, and they weren’t tossed in sauce. We have had wings many times and they were always up to par. It was disappointing.
