Pizza Hut Waterloo IL is the worst place to get pizza from. I waited 50 minutes for them to bring my pizza out the back door, after my email said it was ready 40 minutes prior. I finally got my pizza and cheese bread got home and the pizza was loaded with sauce after I specified light sauce. My cheese bread was cold. This isn't the first time I have had a bad experience. Do better pizza hut.

I ordered carry out, for my kids birthday party!! we all loved the pizza it was perfect and hot! no complaints at all the service was also wonderful when picking up my order all friendly vibes!! definitely recommend it for big party orders!! they also have their dine in i’ve sat in a couple times and they do amazing with service there!!

I could tell they were EXTREMELY busy tonight, but they didn't show it! When I called to fix my order, the manager Matthew helped and was very accommodating despite the mistake on my end. My first choice for pizza will always be Pizza Hut!!

To fellow dashers: I strongly recommend declining orders from this establishment. They have clearly expressed their disinterest in our partnership. They consistently will put your orders to the back of the que. Furthermore, they won't even start it sometimes until you've arrived. This is a 30+ minute wait. It's your money, choose your time wisely.
The front-of-house staff member, Marie, has openly voiced concerns regarding the allocation of DoorDash orders despite having three drivers on schedule. If this is indicative of how your front-facing personnel interact with a partnered business, a review of their role as a front desk host may be warranted. Furthermore, considering the already extended wait times at this Pizza Hut location, it would be unfortunate if DoorDash drivers ceased fulfilling orders on nights when pizza huts drivers are unavailable. We know which nights you do not have drivers. We are not stupid. I will personally be adding this store to my dispute list to avoid future order pickups.

Talk about a disgusting interaction. The front waitress, Marie, actively complains about why do door dashers get orders when they have 3 drivers on schedule. If this is how you're going to have your front person interact with a partnered business, perhaps they should be rotated. Furthermore, with the already long wait times that this pizza hut has, it would be a shame if the door dashers stopped picking up orders here for the nights they don't have these drivers. I know for sure I'll be adding this store to my dispute list to not pick orders up from :)

The food is usually good, but wait times are often high. Also, you never know when the dining room is open. It's often locked without warning. It's hard to get someone to help you when using the drive-thru. The customer service here really needs some help.
