Pizza Hut. The wings I ordered for my kids have literally no sauce on them, the pizza was undercooked and the marinara sauce tastes bad. 🤮

The main front girl is very rude. I’m a dasher and we do need the receipt for orders she said i couldn’t have the receipt ,or take a picture of it until I showed her per instructions I needed at least a picture. Still yelling and dangling it in my face saying that I could have it

Food was cold and girl at the window is always very unfriendly Edit: updated review. I've been called names by the general manager because I complain too much! She let me know they have notes under my name to make sure to double check my food before it goes out because I am a constant complainer. Well.... if that was true, my food would be correct most of the time! Even after being disrespected, I decided to give them another chance. Well tonight I ordered 2 pizzas and fries. It was estimated to arrive by 6:31. By 6:45, I started calling wondering what's going on! I kept getting a call center because they wouldn't answer the phone. The call center couldn't help and told me to keep calling. Finally at 7pm my order arrived through doordash. He said it was just horrible at the store. There were at least 5 other drivers waiting. My food was stone cold and despite trying to call the store 10 more times, no one has answered!

Missing wings and a 2 litre on my order. I have been ordering pizza hut for years and have never had this happen. Since door dash has started doing delivery's the quality has greatly declined. Pizza arrived cold as well

Do yourself a favor and do not order pizza from here.
If I could leave less than 1 star, I would.
I ordered my pizzas at 558pm. I received an update at 617pm that my pizzas were out for delivery. I called the store at 707pm to find out the pizzas that were done 50 minutes prior hadn't even left the store. Who would have thought I would have to remind Pizza Hut to deliver my pizzas?
Approximately 25 minutes later, the pizzas were delivered - less than warm. It doesn't take more than 90 minutes to deliver cold pizza that took 20 minutes to make to an address less than 10 minutes away.
I will not be ordering from here again, and recommend you don't either. You'll get better pizza and faster delivery from Papa Johns or Domino's. Hell, you could drive to Schnucks or Walmart, buy a DiGiorno, drive back home, preheat your oven, place the pizza in the oven, start a movie, finish cooking the pizza, eat the pizza, and watch 2/3s of a movie in the time it would take you to get a pizza delivered from Waterloo Pizza Hut.
0/10, do not recommend. I'm honestly finding it hard to believe that anyone had an experience that would merit anything over than 1-star.

It's exactly what's I wanted: cheap, fast, and good. Don't worry about fixing your own salad, they will do it on your behalf. No red cups, but otherwise the buffet is just like when I was a kid.
Ordered a three topping pizza it came with two. Sausage, mushroom, and basil pesto…. No pesto paid for three though.

They have the buffet up. I went twice in one week because I was so excited for it. There’s a host of things I can go on and complain about. However My main problem was the way that manager handled a situation. I own a business. I’ve managed businesses. I’ve been in the service industry. I still help out in the service industry. I will be talking to the franchise about it.

Only bad thing I would have to say is that the music was a little to loud. So happy that they have reopened the dinning room.
We just had the best delivery experience ever. Delivery was fast and the driver was super friendly, the food was HOT and the pizza, fries, breadsticks and wings were all delicious! We have had not so great food and service in the past, but this time it was awesome.
