Don’t go to the walk up window. The employees will look at you and leave you standing there. After about 10 minutes I left.

Lady working the intercom wasn’t really nice, had quite a bit of attitude. I kinda of chalked it up to a bad day but looking at other reviews, looks like this might be normal. Lady at the window handing me my drink was very nice though! This was July 2nd and around 10:15 am. Drinks were fine

First and last time going to a scooters.
Being my first time I apparently went into the wrong drivethru, she wasn't very nice about the fact that it was a mobile order only lane.
I got the peach quencher with green tea and it was horrible. Tasted like a super watered down, flat, fanta soda.

Forget about service with a smile. Now you get service with an attitude! Scooters is by far our favorite coffee shop. Never had a negative experience until today. Had a mobile order and waited at the speaker for nearly 10 minutes while others in the drive thru were going right through. No one spoke so my husband thought something was wrong with the intercom which he expressed to the first waitress. She was very nice and understanding while also apologetic. We have both worked in the restaurant business so we absolutely understood. One of the young girls who brought part of our order to the window was extremely hateful and told us that next time we “just need to wait in line.” Even after we explained we thought it was a mechanical problem with the speaker. Perhaps just a problem with this particular store but it left a really sour impression for future visits to Scooters for us.
My husband and I went thru yesterday to get some coffee and after that experience, I can confirm that they have some of the rudest, inexperienced staff ever. They were busy and understandably we were in line for a very long time. Once we got to the speaker there was no one on the other end. We waiting and waited and asked multiple times if anyone was there… and there was nothing. We were holding up the line so we had no other choice but drive up to the window. We explained our issue at the window and the First Lady we dealt with was nice and brought it to the attention of the “Manager” that looked to be 16. The manager told us we needed to go back around and wait in line to try and order again.. At this point we had already spent 20 minutes in line. My husband explained the situation and she became very angry and stated that it was our decision to leave the speaker so it was our fault. We explained, again, that literally no one was on the other end of the speaker and she increasingly got more aggravated and started yelling at us that it was, again, our fault. My husband told her to forget it and asked to see a manger in which she replied, very confidently, that it was her. We obviously did not believe her and had her give us the store managers contact information. I get it, it’s hard to get good help these days but WOW lmao!!

The service was nice. They were kind, but I had to get my Americano made twice, and it was still very watery. The second time they made it I asked him to add less water and there was no difference. Last time when my dad got hot chocolate it wasn’t even hot. Unfortunately I am never coming back to the scooters. I’m gonna start going to the Bean tree. No, I’m stuck with two gross boring coffees.

This is my favorite Scooter’s location! The team is always so friendly and welcoming — they truly go above and beyond to brighten your day. And of course, the coffee is always great! Thank you for the consistently wonderful service!

I’ve never had Scooters coffee. So as a treat for my daughter n I, I stopped and got us some. It was very good. We were both happy with our coffees.
