Ordered through red button and payed, was told it didn't go through and their wifi was up and down so gave them my card. When I got home it turns out both charges went through. Tried talking to sonic text line but they said they can't refund me so I just ended up paying twice for my food

The absolute definition of incompetent staff. Waited for 30 minutes for 2 drinks. One was incorrect. They came around 4 times asking what was on my order, tried giving me 2 other people's orders, and stood around talking to customers forever instead of just doing their job. Absolutely ridiculous

after sitting in one of bays for about 5 minutes. Went through drive through pushed a button they came on said 1 minute please sat there between 10-15 minutes never came back. Signed onto app while waiting and did 4 kids meals never once asked if we were ready. placed order went to the bay waited another 10-15 min. Pushed the button was told 1 moment please waited another 5 min. Finally came on asked what we needed. Told them we placed an order was told we will get to it as soon as we can. Very poor service and very slow. was not a lot of people waiting. Was told only 2 were working. Extremely slow for fast food.

It's not too bad. I get a lot of drinks here. The only main complaint is that they always pack my drink full of ice even when I put light ice. It's completely full, so I only get a few drinks out of it. Kinda made me stop ordering as much.
no lie, i wish i was making this up, wednesday night may 29th, the middle of the top bun of my burger had been cut out, and filled with mayo, and i mean FILLED with mayo, just picking it up the burger exploded into my hands, lap, and all over my truck seat. after pulling the burger apart it was crystal clear the bun was cut and mayo was filled into the bun like a jelly fully donut. absolutely. insane. cannot believe it. i hope that 16 year old behind the grill got his good laugh.
