Came in at 9pm Monday night. Food was incorrect and completely burnt. They didn’t provide utensils, the person taking the order was unsure how to add things on the screen. When asked to remake a coney dog because of the black color they said the machine was off so it took 10 min. The guys working were nice and corrected everything. Just wish it wasn’t so poor the first time.

The food has been great every time that I've been to Sonic unfortunately the service there was very poor she pretty much just kind of through our food in through the window and was super quick about it didn't say thank you or have a great evening or nothing so maybe Sonic needs to work on their customer service

Food is usually good and service is always friendly. My one complaint is that I always order my drinks with easy ice. It doesn’t matter if I order in the app or the drive thru, 9 times out of 10 I end up with extra ice. I don’t want to pay for a cup full of ice.

We went through the drive thru, and the service was on time, but the server was rude. Our food was smashed in the bag with no utensils or napkins. It wasn't horribly busy.

Your average Sonic Deive-In. Better than the one in Columbia because they are faster and don't make mistakes often on my orders.Parking: Plenty of parking here.Kid-friendliness: It is fast food, they have kids items too.Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible.
Would not recommend whatsoever. Ordered 2 combos, a pretzel, sandwich, and milkshake. The combos were fine except they didn't come with any of the sauce I requested and the pretzel didn't come with cheese. I ordered a chicken sandwich and instead I received a chicken slinger... which is half the price. My milkshake smelled sour and it did not have whipped cream or a cherry... which I requested. I was exhausted that day so I did not take this up with the workers, I just left and I will never be back. I would also like to mention that one of their workers was in the police blotter for illegal substances recently. He was hired even though he had previous charges which I just now discovered.

Slow service but there was a storm that was knocking out power. The young lady was getting rained on bringing out orders but sweet as could be. Definitely had to tip her.
