Terrible experience at this Subway in Waterloo, IL. The girl behind the counter wanted to be anywhere but there to help us. No smile, no welcome, nothing. The men's bathroom was out of order. One of the fountain drinks was out of order and there were gnats all around the drink station. I'll spend my $30 somewhere else next time!

Worst Subway service and food I've ever had. They were out of a lot of ingredients. The employees were in no hurry whatsoever during the lunch rush. Employees kept leaving the counter for 5 minutes or more at a time. They didn't even make the sandwich ordered correctly because they didn't have half the ingredients.

Placed an online order for two breakfast sandwiches. The steak and egg sub was great but I ordered an egg and cheese sub with extra American cheese and paid for the extra. When we got home I was very disappointed to see there was barely any cheese at all. I wouldn't even consider that a normal portion of cheese, and I paid for extra!
