Chloe the girl taking my order was very rude
This is the first time my family and I were at Tequila’s since they changed things. What a horrible experience, my family and I will not be back. The experience was very impersonal There were 5 of us, instead of each of us going up separately to order, one of us wrote everything down and went up and placed our order. This is ridiculous, if they are going to bring our food to the table why not have a waitress?? The atmosphere is nothing like it used to be, we will be going to Casa Romero from now on, if I want to serve myself I’ll just go to Taco Bell. Whomever thought this was a great idea needs to rethink things or Tequilas will lose lots of business.

The food was ok but frankly nothing special. The process of ordering in advance is a bit odd. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The booth seats were torn and need to be replaced. Not sure we will be going back.

You order like a fast food restaurant and are expected to tip in advance. You order your food at a counter from an overhead menu. 18% is the minimum tip expected. With the poor service we got I would have given minimal/no tip.

For some idiotic reason they now seat us at the table and we then have to go to the counter to order and pay. Then we have to get our drinks ourselves. I can't imagine what it would be like to have to take 3 or 4 small children to the counter to try to get them to order. And I'm certainly not going back up there to order a dessert.
It is stupid to make a change for change's sake and there's another Mexican restaurant in town which is probably going to see a huge increase in business.

Whoever decided to change it so we have to go to the counter to order needs to be fired. If it was the owner, congratulations on ruining your business and losing your servers, because if I have to do the work, they aren't getting a tip. If you wanted to improve your business then add some tapestries and decorations which deaden the sound because it's hard to hear across the table when there more than a few people in the place. Casa Romero gets my money from now on, unless they are stupid and do the same thing you did.

The food is good but the changes made to service is horrible. If I wanted to order my food at a station I would go to Taco Bell. Atmosphere is just not the same. Will start going to Casa Romero.

I'm from out of town and have never been to tequilas before. The service was beyond horrible. The food arrived cold and once it was delivered to the table we saw no one. Even though we ask 3 different people for help. I left a one starr review if I could of made it less I would of. I have nothing nice or good to say about this place and I would not recommend it nor will I go back.

Best margaritas in town.
The bourbon selection is top notch.
Try their Sunday brunch. Holy cow at least 20 different hot dishes, chocolate fountain, and lots of fruit and desserts.
The food was good and the service was great. We were seated about 10 feet from the live entertainment in a small place and it was very loud. You could not hear the person sitting next to you. The singer was good but it's not the place you want to sit if you want to have conversation with the party you are with.
Excellent service and food.
