“I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to share how exceptional the service was today. I visited the Deer Park store with my son, and when he had a meltdown over losing his favorite toy, the crew member (Sri) went above and beyond. She directed us to a quiet area to help calm him down, then checked in on us with a thoughtful gift for my son, which made his day (it was his birthday!). She was kind, empathetic, and made us feel so comfortable. Thank you, Sri, for making this experience so special!“

“Had my daughter’s baby shower cake made here. Julie was so easy to work with and gave me great advice. I had several guests who needed gluten free and Julie and her staff were able to make the whole cake gluten free. It was so delicious that my guests thought it was the best they’ve had.
