Completed a mobile order to save time, didn’t do the drive through and picked curbside. I took a meal and I did a customized burger. Based on my receipt and order not sure what happened. Not only was it wrong but it was sloppy, there is a reason why I haven’t visited McDonald’s in a few months.

I stop here every morning for my coffee. I have to say the ladies in the drive through are the best. In two years I have been coming here they have never got my order wrong. They are so friendly and I don’t know how they are always in the best mood ever. Hands down the best McDonalds. It’s always clean and quick. This stop on my way to work takes me maybe 5 minutes from ordering to getting my coffee. They are so fast and the coffee is always perfect.

Ordered some food at the kiosk.
12 minutes later still no food.
Stood up by the cashier's and everyone was in the back talking.
Finally got the order 15 minutes after ordering it. Yet no one else was there.
Wife wanted coffee. Went and ordered it again at the kiosk.
I took 4 minutes for me to get a medium black coffee. And that was after...
